C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T:

"I tried becoming Batwoman once, but was already typecasted so it never stuck. Well at least it’s a cuter name!"

Barbara Gordon, daughter of the Police Commissioner, has always been a firm believer and supporter of the law but seeing how limited it was at times convinced her to go that extra step to bring criminals to justice.  Inspired by the urban legend, The Batman, Barbara decided to become the Batgirl to fight crime and help the law.  She has been doing this for a while now.

Barbara is currently a college student at Gotham University with an internship at Gotham City PD working on the tech side of things.  While she has been moonlighting as Batgirl she does not know who Batman is and only when they find themselves on the same case have they ever met each other.  As such a lot of her equipment is modified police gear and gadgets she has had to create herself or with help.

As more of a solo act and with a lot fewer resources to work with, Batgirl tends to focus mostly on cases that the police are currently working on since she can hack into those easily.  Often times she wishes she could do more but between college, her internship, and being Batgirl she’s kind of swamped.  At least since she is working in the ‘safe’ part of the police department so her father doesn’t get on her case too much.

C H A R A C T E R M O T I V A T I O N S & G O A L S:
I’ve always found batgirl to be an interesting and fun character to watch, but I feel like even the best editions really don’t do the character justice.  Do to being Batgirl, a sidekick character, I never felt like she really got the character development and growth that she deserved.  Usually reserved to a support role while I know there are solo comics for her I feel like they don’t really give her the stories she deserves.

So I want to explore her more as a person and put her in a more solo role.  What I especially want to delve into is her relationship with her father and the police which gets complicated since her night activities are quite outside of the law.  Basically I hope to mold her into a unique vigilante with her own story to tell.

C H A R A C T E R N O T E S:
Supporting Cast

Jim Gordon - The Police Commissioner of the GCPD and overprotective father.  Jim Gordon has often lamented the fact that he has had so little time for Barbara because of his work and knowing the dangers involved has tried actively to discourage Barbara from following his footsteps.  He is a bit annoyed that Barbara has interned at the GCPD but is at least thankful she is in a purely technical role.  Barbara is kind of afraid he would have a heart attack if he knew about her night job.

Detective Harvey Bullock - A rough cop with few friends, Harvey is known for being especially rough and sometimes violent.  While he does tend to get the job done, it is not always in a pleasant way.  Barbara occasionally meets him both on and off the job but for the most part finds him quite disagreeable.

Renee Montoya - Somewhat of a rising star she has had the ill-fortune of being pared up with Harvey Bullock.  As his partner she tries her best to back him up but has quite a few problems with his attitude and way of business.  Frankly she is hoping to get a transfer soon.

Ellen Yin - A transfer from Metropolis, Ellen Yin is hoping to use her talents to help Gotham in it's constant war on crime.  Gotham is a very different animal from Metropolis so it has been a bit difficult in making the transition.  Still she is doing her best to be an asset to the team.

S A M P L E P O S T:

Barbara Gordon flopped down on her old bed, her long red hair spiraling out all over the pillow and sheets.  She groaned into the pillow as if hoping it would smother out all her problems.

"Uugh, I feel like just drifting off to sleep and never waking up again and I haven't even been doing any night shifts recently."  Barbara tried to roll over, but failed and just awkwardly squirmed for a bit even just letting all of her muscles relax.  The familiar scent of her old pillow brought her comfort, it had been a while since she had properly been back home.  Between her dorm room at Gotham University, the University itself, her times spent doing her internship at the GCPD, and the occasional stalking of the night, she rarely had time to come home.

Because of everything she had been working on recently she had been trying to cut back on her night hours and only going out when she had a lead to follow.  Unlike a certain night owl she couldn't function on 4 or less hours of sleep a night, even with an overdose of caffeine, which she tried not to get too dependent on if she could help it.  It had been almost a month since she had last gone out as Batgirl.

Suddenly she heard a knock on her door and a very familiar voice coming through.  It was the voice that had helped get her through all the times in life she thought she couldn't make it through but did thanks to his help.  Jim Gordon's rough but gentle voice filtered through.

"Barbara are you in there?  Can I come in?"

Barbara forced herself to turn over onto her back so she could speak without getting drowned out by the pillow.

"Sure Dad, come on in."  Barbara said, heard the doorknob click as Jim turned it and the grey haired commissioner walked in.  "Guess it's been a while."

A smile came to Jim's face as he walked over and picked an unoccupied corner of Barbara's bed and took a seat, the old bedspring creaked a bit in protest as he put his full weight on it.

"I see the bed isn't the only old thing around here."  Gordon joked then turned to look at his daughter.  "You look tired Barbara, everything going alright at University?"

"Just a lot on my plate is all, a little rest and I'll be back into shape before you know it."

"You know you would have more time to yourself if you just dropped that internship."  Barbara groaned as her dad once again tried to get her away from the GCPD, how dare he use logic to point out something she already knew.

"You know my answer to that dad, it's what I want to do and it's good experience too.  You know how much I respect you dad and I want to help out."  Jim sighed as he knew Barbara's stubborness was as strong as ever.

"Well maybe after this internship you'll realize just how dangerous this work is and will stay away."  Jim commented while Barbara internally smiled but kept a straight face anyway.  She knew just how dangerous a police man's work was, she had been on the front lines plenty of times after all.  She knew how dangerous it was but that hadn't stopped her yet, though school just might if she let it.

"Not gonna happen.  Still, thanks for checking in Dad, it's nice to see you away from the department."

"Nice to be away Barb, it really is.  Say, how about we-" Gordon was about to suggest something they could do when his phone started to ring.  He quickly picked it up and answered, as the conversation went his face got graver and grimmer.  "Gordon here, so what's...I see, I'll be down right away.  Sorry Barbara, guess we won't get time together after all, have a situation downtown.  Love ya Barb, see you later."  Jim reached over and kissed Barbara on the forehead, got up and left the room.

As soon as she was sure her father was gone Barbara groaned and leapt off the bed.  "Guess rest will have to wait for now, about time to get back to my real work."

It was time for Batgirl to get to work.

Ended up getting beaten out by another Wonder Woman character sheet, but I put a lot of work into it so into the vault it goes.

C H A R A C T E R   C O N C E P T

"The Gods barely bother with Man's World, even though they could benefit the most from their wisdom and strength.  I suppose I'll just have to be the one to help in their stead."

Princess Diana of Themyscira is the daughter of Queen Hippolyta and the God Zeus.  Gifted with the training of the amazons and the blood of the gods, Diana became an exceptional warrior from a young age.  Pleased with her growth, the god Zeus and goddess Hera decided to test the young princess with various trials and tasks.  These tasks often included the subduing or slaying of mythological beasts and creatures.

Diana came out on top each time and soon Zeus was satisfied but Hera continued to command the princess with the most difficult tasks she could find.  After a while Diana realized that Hera was merely trying to kill her off, as the mere sight of her filled her with wraith, as Diana was another reminder of Zeus promiscuity and infidelity.  To remove herself from the gods' direct influence, for at least a short time, Diana decided to leave Themyscira.  Her opportunity came when a man named Steve Trevor was washed on shore from a plane wreck.

Learning about what would be known as World War II, Diana used Ares as an excuse to take Steve Trevor back to the military and to get involved in the strange world of man.  While she did indeed find Ares' hand in the affair he was hardly the primary instigator and was just taking advantage of the situation.  Even if he was only fanning a few flames, she fought Ares and drove him back to Olympus.  She stayed afterward to help Steve Trevor on his assignments to help end the war as quickly as possible.

Diana returned to Themyscira soon afterward but the connections she forged and the drive to help not just her own people and the gods, but also the people of man's world remained with her.  Diana would find herself frequently visiting the outside world, often using Steve as her main contact, and would frequently find herself involved in matters there.

Hera, frustrated with the fact that Diana had managed to best every opponent sent her way decided to start looking elsewhere for an enemy that could strike the demi-god down.  Sensing the alien and destructive power of Starro, Hera guided Diana toward a confrontation with the alien.  Diana quickly realized that alone she was outmatched by the alien and retreated to later regroup with the Justice League to defeat the monster.
 
Becoming a founding member of the Justice League, Wonder Woman was also there for the Chitauri attack and lends her might from time to time; however, her own duties back home keep her rather busy.  The world continues to change and Wonder Woman will have to change with it.

C H A R A C T E R   M O T I V A T I O N S   &   G O A L S

Woman Woman is a character that is constantly being split between different worlds and different responsibilities.  An Amazon, a demi-god, and defender of man, these various spheres have their own rules, dangers, and pleasures.  Diana wants to be a loyal daughter and servant of the pantheon, but she always wants to do the most good that she can, which she increasingly finds is often outside of the gods and Amazon's influence.

As you might be able to tell from the backstory I am sort of mashing Wonder Woman together with some Hercules The Legendary Journeys TV influences, and of course some classic Greek myth as well.  I decided to go with the Zeus daughter route rather than the formed from clay route as it is classic Zeus and makes her much more involved with the Greek and Roman pantheon which I intend to use as key players in this run.

The Greek myths and legends are so interesting and messy, I found myself wanting to incorporate them a lot more in a Wonder Woman story than just having Diana do the typical leaving of the amazons to try and do her best in man's world.  The gods are a fickle and obnoxious bunch which I hope to use to great effect and intrigue in a Wonder Woman story.

C H A R A C T E R   N O T E S

Steve Trevor – Pushing a hundred-and-eight, Diana still visits him from time to time and to exchange stories.  Due to their relationship Steve is still considered a good contact for getting in touch with Wonder Woman.

Queen Hippolyta  – The immortal queen of the amazons she was 'blessed' with a daughter by the god Zeus and raised Diana as a proud Amazon warrior and servant to the gods.  She is concerned with Diana's 'other' activities and likes to remind her of her heritage and responsibilities as Princess of Themyscira.  As a mother, she is secretly proud of all her daughter has accomplished.

Zeus – Current head of Olympus, Zeus is know for his lightning bolts and his intense drive to sire children all over the place, much to his wife Hera's disgust.  As Diana's father, Zeus takes a mostly hands off approach, leaving it mostly to Queen Hippolyta but does occasionally stick his nose into Wonder Woman's business when it suits his purposes.  Frankly he is most interested in his own pursuits than that of his daughter.

Hera – Goddess of Mount Olympus and wife of Zeus, Hera holds a grudge against any woman that Zeus has been with and despises what she considers to be his 'illegitimate' children, such as Wonder Woman.  As one of the gods with the most influence Hera is pretty much free to do whatever she wants, but will back down when directly confronted by her husband, but that hardly ever happens.  Since Hera is in essence her mother-in-law, Diana tries her best to serve her despite Hera's obvious disdain of her.

Mala – One of Diana's closest amazon friends, they played a lot together as children and often competed with each other.  She is not quite sure what to make of Diana's adventures and while urges caution, still tries to support her as much as possible.

Ares – God of war and Diana's half-brother.  Unlike Diana is a full-blooded god and has the arrogance and selfishness of one.  As a instigator of conflict he is constantly at odds with Wonder Woman who wishes for peace.  Because his is a son of Hera, that also creates even more friction between the two.

Location: Themyscira, Arena - Early MorningIssue #1.01: The Princess of Themyscira

The sun was still quite low on the horizon, but enough to bask the island in its golden glow, like the comforting embrace of the god Apollo.  The Amazons enjoyed its warm glow as they eagerly a scene of entertainment they had not been privy to for quite some time.  The crowd of strong and magnificent women gazed down at the polished stone floor of the small arena set up for the warriors to test their metal against each other.

A lone figure strode to the center and the crowd erupted in cheers for their reigning champion, Princess Diana of Theymscira.  Decked out in the mystical armor of the gods, Diana looked every inch the champion she was, the Wonder Woman.  Anyone who set their gaze on her could not help but notice her royal demeanor and touches of divinity.

Cheers erupted again as the challenger stepped into the ring.  Decked out in much more traditional attire, she cut quite the imposing figure of an ancient Greek warrior despite her slightly thinner frame.  Her blonde hair overflowed from her helmet as she strode to the center of the arena to face Diana.  While their attire was different their weapons were exactly the same, a shield adorned with the visage of Athena and a broadsword in their dominant hand.

The two stared each other down as warriors but the air around them was a friendly one, as if the soothing presence of Aphrodite permeated the grounds.

"It has been a while since we have faced each other Mala.  I am pleased to have this opportunity at long last."  Diana smiled ever so slightly at her best friend.  Mala had been a steadfast companion to her since her earliest days and the history between them was quite extensive.

"I am glad you have finally found the time Princess Diana.  I have trained tirelessly for this day so that I can take the mantel of Wonder Woman from you so you can finally have some time for yourself!"  The corners of Mala's lips also turned up a bit as she gazed back into Diana's eyes.

Diana let out a small laugh, even in combat Mala was trying to think what was best for her.

"Only if the gods will it.  But I thank you for the sentiment none-the-less."  With a nod to each other, the two clashed shields and then leapt back as they entered into combat.  They started to circle each other, looking for an opening to exploit.  Their training was both top notch however so there was little chance of such an opening exposing itself, unless they wished for it.

Deciding the best chance was to make an opening herself, Wonder Woman rushed forward to strike, counting on her advanced physical abilities over the Amazon to create the break she needed.  A shield bash to knock Mala off balanced followed by a low leg sweep followed.  The blow was enough to push her back but the leg sweep missed as Mala flipped backward and responded with a quick sword thrust.  Wonder Woman managed a parry but she was also taken off guard by her quick response.

"I've been training with Queen Hippolyta herself these days to best you Diana!  I doubt you've had much practice against a skilled swordsmen during your time in Man's World!"  Diana had to admit Mala was right about that, in order to keep one's skill with a blade one needed at least an equally skilled opponent with a weapon as well.  Recently she had been relying a bit more on her fists than the sword so her skill was slightly dulled.

Sword against shield, shield against shield, sword against sword, the two danced with each other in the deadly arena sport, causing the occasional spark to fly as metal struck metal.  Despite the obvious difference in strength between the two Mala held her own quite well, and then Diana made a mistake, a slight overreach with her sword arm gave Mala all the opening she needed.  She guarded with her sword and swung the edge of her shield as hard as she could into Diana's fist, knocking her sword right out of hand.

Diana groaned as Mala quickly took the offensive while making sure to keep Diana away from her sword.  Diana continued to block with her shield but was finding it hard to do much else as Mala tried to use her own shield to keep Diana's in place so her sword could find its mark.

"You're right Mala, looks like a do need a bit of a refresher, but I've also learned quite a bit during my time out there."  

Wonder Woman suddenly took off her shield and threw it at ground in front of her feet.  Mala reflexively hunkered down with her own shield to block Diana's so it didn't sweep her off her feet.  The shield throw distracted her just long enough for Diana to jump over Mala, grab her by the shoulder, flip over and toss Mala into the nearest column once her feet hit the ground.  Mala sailed through the air and smashed into column with a thud and a clank as she used her shield to cushion the blow.  She crumbled faced-down to the ground as as she tried to push herself up, she felt a heavy weight on her back as Wonder Woman pushed her down to the ground with her foot, and felt cold steel against her neck.

"I've learned how just a moment's distraction can be all you need."  The Amazons' cheered as the match was over and the dust settled on their match.  Once Mala raised her hands in surrender, Diana got off her back and helped her friend up.

"Whew, still I almost had you, you have to admit that!  Forgive me Diana, I was unable to lighten your burdens."

"I know I have told you before but it is a burden I wish for no matter how heavy it may be."  Before Diana could talk any further a young amazon ran up to them, breathing a bit heavily from their run.

"Forgive my intrusion, but the Goddess Hera requests your presence Wonder Woman."  Diana could not help but frown at the sudden news.  At least the message had come after their match.

"Admittedly this is a burden I could do without."  Diana grumbled slightly but a word from the gods, especially Hera, was not to be ignored.  "Still, thank you Mala, for everything."  Diana hugged Mala with all the happiness she could and Mala happily returned the hug as best she could.  The two parted and Diana rushed off toward the nearest temple to her the words of her mother-in-law.

It was almost never good.

Personality:
Flan du Rosemary Vuu Succulence Ral Thyme Sauerkraut is on the surface a kind soul, concerned about the well-being of everyone in the guild.  She works tirelessly to keep everyone well-fed and buffed for battle, often becoming a workaholic.  The mere thought of gathering and finding new ingredients excites her to no end as she is quite creative with her work, always trying to discover new cooking buffs and new tastes to test out on the guild.  Not having access to ingredients is nightmare fuel for her.

Past the seemingly self-sacrificing workaholic attitude is a being who selfishly wishes for those around her to become addicted to her service.  While she loves being creative it is also out of a desire to create the ultimate dishes that will make everyone dependent on her skills.  She can take constructive criticism but if you ever belittle her food or cooking skills, you will be subject to a smile that will send chills down your spine and you may never feel safe eating her cooking ever again.  On the other hand if she is praised excessively for her work, she melts into a giddy puddle and will work ever harder to gain even more praise.

Notable Equipment:

* Self-Filling Bread Basket:
The perfect item for a food provisioner, the Self-Filling Bread Basket is exactly what its name implies.  It is a basket that automatically produces a random collection of bread every day.  The quality varies with the probability of better breads being on the lower end.

* Overflowing Wine Cask:
This barrel of goodness has the ability to produce very large amounts of wine or other beverage.  What makes it unique is the ability to ‘load’ the type of liquid wanted into the cask which will then start producing that liquid until it reaches its limit.  The limitations of the Cask is that you need to have a ‘starter’ liquid and it cannot reproduce liquids of the highest quality.

* Ring of Resist Status:
If Flan has to take to the battlefield her strategy is to continually poison the enemy while surviving.  As her defenses are quite high the logical thing to look for would be status effects that could put her out of the fight to stop her DoT attacks.  The Ring of Resist Status gives full immunity to all status effects at level 1 and falls 10% per each magic level and completely loses effectiveness at level 7.

* Butter Knife of Meat Cleaving:
A joke weapon given to Flan completely for the Lolz.  It is a butter knife with the highest penetrative stats possible making it able to cut through a large variety of objects.  Easily able to slice through meat and most leather armors, if given enough time a person could die due to hundreds of tiny little cuts.  Makes for a decent scalpel too.

* Wrist Guards of Good Eating:
A provision crafting enhancement tool that provides a small defense bonus as well.  As long as she wears them, whatever she cooks will have enhanced buff effects, effectively added a 10% bonus to quality and a 15% bonus to duration of effects.  A direct gift from her creator to enhance her work, they are quite precious to her.

Creator Information:
The creator of this little lady was none other than SlipperySavior, a super slime enthusiast whose goal was to research all manners of ways Slime Races could be used.  His decision to make a Slime Chef was, well because there was always the small chance that a bit of her slime might mix in with whatever dish she was making.  Needless to say everyone was rightly disgusted by such a reason but as no one else had bothered to make a Chef character which would be very beneficial for the guild, they let it happen; after all, it wasn’t like the slime was real anyway and the system wouldn’t allow it to mix with the food anyway by accident.

Personality:
Violet is in one word, adorable.  She has a bright and happy personality but it is tempered by her shyness with certain subjects.  Despite her age, she acts like a little girl and talks like one too.  Violet has a bit of a complex about her height and weight, so you can usually find her in her dwarf form despite the reduced stats.

She can act a bit clueless and naïve at times, with the ability to turn into a cherry tomato at the drop of a hat.  When she sulks, she will lower her helmet’s visor and refuse to look directly at you.  Because she is a little sister character despite being a literal giant, Violet has the tendency to call everyone onii or onee-chan.

Notable Equipment:

*Ring of Size Reduction: The ring changes Violet from a 10 foot tall giant into a 4 foot dwarf.  The main reason for this ring is so that violet doesn’t take up too much space in the Chateau as she sometimes got…stuck in the game.  The reduction in size also effects her stats, especially the range of her taunts and other skills making her less effective at her job of defending others.  Unfortunately her weight stays the same which can prove to be quite embarrassing.

The ring’s effects are only active when worn, so Violet simply has to remove the ring to return to normal size.  Everything she has currently equipped is also affected by the ring.

*Tower Shield of Spell Reflection: As most of her allocated stats were put into physical defense she was gifted her tower shield as a way to compensate.  As long as she is able to intercept a spell she can reflect it back onto her assailant up to tier 5, with a 30% chance at tier 6.  Anything above that and the shield merely provides a lot of magic resistance, as long as the spell hits the shield and not her body.

*The Thundernyan's Mace: Despite its name the mace does not have any electrical powers or kitten powers for that matter, the only thing it has going for it is the thunderous sounds it makes when it smashes into something.  The mace drastically increases her bludgeoning skills and has the ability to create a small, localized Earthquake at the location of her choosing to put the enemy off-balance.

*Guardian Angel Armor: An armor set designed with the expressed purpose of defending other players.  The armor provides cutting, piercing, bludgeoning, and metal weapon resistance giving her already impressive defense stats quite the extra layer of defense.  The armor gives her the *cover* skill, which allows her to designate a target and teleport in front of them to provide cover from enemy attacks; this skill can only be used once every 30 minutes however.  Coupled with the Tower Shield of Spell Reflection and the combined defenses of her armor, this equipment makes Violet perfect for protecting the other members of her party.

*The Pick-Pickin-Pickaxe of Harvesting: This pickaxe is designed for hard labor in the mines and is capable of pickin' even some of the hardest of metals.  The pickaxe gives her an increased chance of finding rare materials and increases her capacity for hauling larger material hauls.  On the top of the axe is a heart shape for some extra moe love.

Creator Information: 
LadyDuMoe was a woman obsessed with making everything she could get her hands on, Moe.  Everything had to be cute, kawaii, or just plain adorable.  All of her characters, equipment, even her talking patterns had to have sufficient levels of Moe to satisfy her.  As a result of this obsession, most of her creations were small and cute, so one of her guild mates jokingly challenged her to make a kawaii giant.  LadyDuMoe took the challenge at face value and so Violet Florence was born.

No matter what creature, shape, size, or gender, LadyDuMoe made it her mission to make everything she could Moe.  She was sometimes caught making, alternations, to certain NPCs which almost got her banned from the guild; thankfully she was able to restrain those urges to the point where she would only gift people items and try to chat them into making certain changes.  She was good at what she did but, was rather pushy so it was hard for others to see her in a positive light.

Personality:
Talim Trighton is a tease, to everyone.  As a young pretty boy, he tends to dress in a rather, borderline fashion just to add some confusion to the mix for fun.  Add that to his Illusionist skill set and you have a little trickster always ready for another round of mischief.

Talim appears to take nothing seriously, is nosy, and will never admit he is in the wrong, ever.  Despite these character flaws he tends to be good at getting people to talk, no small part thanks to a little Incubus charm.  With his youthful and cute appearance he tends to be especially good at getting under women’s defenses.  Delving into peoples’ secrets is his naughty hobby and is not beyond doing a little dream skimming to try and snag a juicy tid-bit of information.

Notable Equipment:

*Flights of Fancy: The Flights of Fancy is a special scarf that Talim equips which gives him the ability to use Fly without any drain to his mana pool and increases his speed and acrobatic prowess by over 80%.  This boost allows him to keep up and even outmaneuver natural fliers such as large birds and harpies.

*Amulet of Misdirection: A pair of cute hairclips to keep the bangs out of his eyes, they are both fashionable and useful.  The hairclips sport a 40% boost to his illusion skills and has a passive that makes his speech more persuasive to the listener.  This was a personal gift from LadyDuMoe herself, not that Talim would ever admit to caring about that.

*Shortsword of Maiming: The shortsword has the ability to maim and cripple a target when hit.  Of course that sword can do that naturally but has an added debuff that can trick a target into a crippled status.  The debuff is not a physical wound and merely sends a signal to the brain that a limb has been rendered useless.  The debuff only lasts a few seconds to a minute at most and the more armor a target has the harder it is to put on a potential victim.  The weapon is great for putting an enemy off balance to set up for a fatal strike.

*Barb Du Finale: Talim has a secondary weapon on the end of his tail, a metal barb with armor piercing properties.  The classic way to use it is to distract an opponent with his shortsword, while masking his tail with illusion magic to hopefully give a fatal blow to the enemy.  Along with the armor piercing abilities it has a very high critical hit rate, making it great for finishing the job or at least taking out a huge chunk of hit points.

*Just-A-Peep Spyglass: Talim has a small, retractable spyglass that he will often use when scouting around, or just spying on residents of the Chateau.  The spyglass has very impressive zoom magic and comes with magic filters to help pierce through anti-information magic barriers.  The spyglass has a clear image feature as well which can help with the blur one might see while looking through something like frosted glass for instance; Very useful for information gathering and tracking enemy movement.

Creator Information: 
LadyDuMoe was a woman obsessed with making everything she could get her hands on, Moe.  Everything had to be cute, kawaii, or just plain adorable.  All of her characters, equipment, even her talking patterns had to have sufficient levels of Moe to satisfy her.  While all of her creations had to be at least moe in looks, that did not always spill over to her NPCs’ personality.  “After all, sometimes the strongest moe can be seen in the extreme contrasts between looks and temperament.  While a charming child is the ultimate moe, a beautiful brat can also be a feast for the senses!” Or so LadyDuMoe once said to one of her guild mates who merely pretended to listen to her rants.

No matter what creature, shape, size, or gender, LadyDuMoe made it her mission to make everything she could Moe.  She was at one point caught making altercations, to other’ people’s NPCs, which almost got her banned from the guild; thankfully she was able to restrain those urges to the point where she would only gift people items and try to chat them into making certain changes.  She was good at what she did but, was rather pushy so it was hard for others to see her in a positive light.

From a roleplay I tried to make but really didn't really leave the ground.  Mostly saving for if I want to try something similar again.

The Powerpuff Girls!

Powers And Abilities:
The Powerpuff Girls have superhuman strength, agility, and durability making them extremely tough.  Perhaps most impressive is their ability to fly without any assistance at potentially supersonic speeds.  Aside from their general powers each girl has their own unique skills.  Blossom has an ice breath ability, Bubbles has a supersonic voice plus the ability to communicate with animals and in other languages, Buttercup has heat-vision and is able to curl her tongue.  While each is strong on their own their true power is when they can work together to take down their foes, or survive a night at a high school social gathering.

Origin And Backstory:
Professor Utonium was a genius scientist who had it all, wealth, fame, and his beautiful wife, Anna.  He was working on a new substance that seemed to have the remarkable ability to transform and strengthen anything it came in contact with; however the effects were unpredictable to say the least so his testing was limited to say the least.  As the chemical was a complete unknown variable he decided to name it Chemical X like the much used Algebraic variable in math.

His inventions brought him great renown and fame but his happiest moment was when he learned that his wife was pregnant with triplets.  Doctor Utonium was over the moon with joy and all his colleagues could say he was the happiest man in the world, but then Anna got sick and started to deteriorate.  No doctor could help her so the distraught doctor could only come to one conclusion, he had to bet it all on Chemical X.  As he prepared a batch of the stuff however one of his lab monkeys managed to escape from his cage and having a bit of a sweet tooth and being a kleptomaniac, swiped sugar, spice, and random nice things he could find.  The doctor chased him around but while he did, the monkey dropped his items which fell into the vat, broke a small vial of storage chemical X for small testing purposes and escaped the lab.

The doctor had no time for another batch and the Chemical X already absorbed the items, leaving the doctor no choice but to use the contaminated batch in a desperate attempt to save his wife and his children.  After drinking the batch, Anne fell into a deep sleep for a while but seemed to recover somewhat.  Soon afterward, she gave birth to triplets but died in the process due to complications.  The triplets however were quite lively and strangely enough had quite different appearances to each other, so much so that Utonium could only attribute the differences as a byproduct of the Chemical X.  He named his daughters Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup in memory of the things Anne loved and somewhat secluded himself from the rest of the scientific community so he could focus on raising his daughters more.

As they  grew up he began to notice strange things happening with his daughters, floating off the ground, picking up heavy objects without breaking a sweat, rarely bleeding, once even setting the curtains on fire by staring at them too intensely.  Quickly the doctor had to teach them self-control so they wouldn’t accidentally destroy the neighborhood.  Once the girls had become twelve, strange crimes and events starting happening around them and before long, the girls were thrust into battle when Doctor Utonium was kidnapped by his previous lab monkey, Mojo Jojo in order to get his hands on the Chemical X formula.

The girls quickly tracked down the evil monkey and defeated him, saving their father and giving birth to the dynamic superhero team, the Powerpuff Girls!  Currently the girls are fifteen years old and just starting high school where they try to find balance between their normal lives and superhero ones.  It won’t be long before they’ll have to save more than just their town, maybe even the world!

Sample Post:
Blossom hugged the white letter to her chest as she skipped around the school.  To think it had only been a week since her high school debut and she had already received her first love letter.  Things could not have turned out any better!  With a grin as wide as a Cheshire Cat she hopped to the back of the gym.  There, just a few yards away, was the large, strong back of a handsome upperclassman.  All she could really see was his black hair since he was facing away from her so she quickly went through her mind the students she remembered seeing in the hallways, a few popped up she thought could fit the bill and quickly wiped some drool from the side of her mouth.

Blossom quickly did a double-check over herself to make sure everything was just so.  Clothes check, ribbon check, hair check, dazzling smile check.  Blossom worked up her courage and called out to him.  "Hey I got your letter!  I'm here for my confession!"  Blossom belted out without putting too much thought into her words.  The student remained as they were.  Now Blossom was just confused, surely he had to have heard her?  Why didn't he turn around?  Maybe he was really shy?  She giggled a little as she came to the quick conclusion he was just shy and started to walk toward him when her phone started to ring, very loudly.

"Gahhh! No! Stop it stupid phone you're ruining the mood!"  She reached for her phone on the gym wall and tried to shut it up but accidentally smashed it instead.  "Crackerjacks!" Blossom cursed in the sweetest way possible hoping her soon-to-be boyfriend didn't see her mistake, thankfully he still hadn't turned around.  She breathed a sigh of relief and in the back of her mind wondered why her phones ringtone had been changed to her alarm clock?  No doubt that was Buttercup's doing as a prank, she'd get back at her later but right now she had a date with destiny!

"Blossom. Blossom." A somewhat deeper voice than she expected could be just barely heard from the upperclassman as she got closer and closer.

"I'm here!  I'm here!  So are we going to do this or what?"  Blossom eagerly awaited the moment her prince charming would turn around and make her swoon in his arms.  Any moment now, any moment.

"Blossom, Blossom, it's TIME TO GET UP SLEEPYHEAD!"  The boy turned around and instead of the face of her handsome prince charming instead was the hairy and disgusting face of her vile enemy Mojo Jojo, with the most evil of grins on his simian features.

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!" Blossom screamed as she pushed Mojo Jojo away with all her strength...and found herself sitting up in bed in a cold sweat.  A strange groaning could be heard as she tried to make sense of what just happened while she started to fully wake up.  It was her room, mostly pink with a few stuffed animals, her overstuffed bookshelf, a broken alarm clock, and her father collapsed on the ground against the far wall.

"Oh I'm sorry father!  I'm so sorry!  I had a bad dream and mistook you for Mojo Jojo!"  Blossom leaped out of bed in her classic pink pajamas and rushed over to help her father up.

"I'm alright Blossom, it's a good thing I had already install precautions before hand or I really would be more than just a little bruised."  On that far wall Professor Utonium had installed some very durable and soft padding, just for such incidents when the girls couldn't control themselves well, such as suddenly waking up.  The professor stretched his limbs and gave himself a quick examination just in case.  "I'm a little disturbed you'd mistake me for Mojo Jojo though, maybe I need to have your eyes checked?" Utonium joked and pulled back Blossom's eye lid for full effect.

Blossom blushed in embarrassment and turned away.  "Ha ha I'm fine father, you know how hard to control myself after a nightmare like that.  It started out as such a good dream too..."  Blossom sighed and looked at her alarm clock, then realized why she had heard it in her dreams which meant..."Oh Oh!  JigglyPuffs!  How long did I oversleep!"  In a panic Blossom quickly raced out to find the nearest clock, her hair flying about wildly like an untamed medusa.  A quick look confirmed her fears.  "Gah! I need to hurry!"

Utonium watched in amusement as Blossom raced about in a panic.  "Well guess I don't have to tell her anything, she figured it out on her own.  Hmmm, better check on breakfast downstairs and see if anything is left after Buttercup has had her fill."  Sure they made mistakes from time to time and could be tough to deal with, but they were his daughters and his world.  He knew no matter the circumstances he would do everything in his power to support his super powered and adorable daughters.
