I skimmed yours as well and meant to tell you it was accepted earlier, I really liked the power limitations. I think when making characters now, when I think of power sets, I think first about what I don't want them to do with something like say wind manipulation. There is a huge difference in Avatar the Last Air Bender and DC Comics Red Tornado, despite both having control over wind. Anyway, hats ff to you on that one!

Now let's do some RP'ing. I've got a few hours and a buzz to kill...

Posted. Went into a little detail about what's in the Carter Hills area. A strip mall, some law offices, an old abandoned warehouse, a gas station, and of course the suburbs, subdivisions, and trailer parks... you guys can expand on any of it that you'd like to. The old abandoned warehouse will probably be where I/we/whomever finds the first clues that Westman Chemicals is to blame for Tox's meltdown. Clues leading to the law firms of some snazzy lawyers about to get a big lawsuit going.

It's gonna get hairy. And melty. But not crunchy. A brother didn't have time to go to Taco Bell...
