The year is 2027. The field of genetic engineering has been so heavily regulated as to be virtually outlawed. Accordingly, organized crime groups such as yakuza, triads, the 'Ndrangheta, and so on have taken to funding underground research in the field for their own profit. At great expense and effort, the various syndicates are now in control of the newest weapons of mass destruction: gigantic skyscraper-sized living organisms known as kaiju. Now it is time for them to put them to use, and for the world's governments to find a solution.

The premise is simple, really. You play as a faction with a few viewpoint characters within it, perhaps a crime syndicate or a national government. What you do is up to you and your characters. Make alliances, fight one another, pursue your own agenda.
