For the record, I actually would really like to get ahold of Timmy and Elodie and bring the whole crew barging in on Samael as the last part of today's story. I think it would be hilarious when they bring Elodie as a BOGO and then there could be a confrontation between her and Samael.

Hey Tatters, remember on a 9 to a Shut Down you get to inflict a condition in response - and it sounds from the post that you're putting something like 'Hexed, probably' on Timmy.

I feel like the correct pacing here is for everyone to hit Samael's office imminently, so I push everyone not-Samael to go in that direction.

Apologies, there must've been a communications mixup. >_> I'd been out of town for a convention from last Wednesday evening to late Sunday night, and only just now got out of work.

No, you're right. There ought to be a mechanical bite there. Let me edit that post real quick.

And for the future, if anybody ever sees me write a post, and you get this same feeling of, "gee, it feels like there ought to be a move rolled or a String spent or something," please let me know. This is twice now that I've noticed myself doing something that - to me - would be a significant social move, but to the other party it was completely toothless. (Mind, that sometimes might be exactly what I want, but not so here.)

Timmy deserves a chance to clap back before I post, but my primed action is to vanish into another world where she doesn’t have to deal with anything that’s going on here, much like my usual reaction to a breakup only much more literal.
