When I woke up, I leapt at the chance. I didn't consider that I may have looked strange, that I may have been out of place, and when I rushed into town, that I would be a complete foreigner. But instead when I arrived, I found myself quickly arrested. The people spoke a language I could not understand, and I finally realized, I was still in my bloodstained clothes from the accident, even though I found myself completely uninjured. There was nothing I could do but be thrown into prison.
Hello, Blaze here. So I've got a new concept and need someone to run it with.
The basic idea is a twist on the setup of an Isekai. A man dies in an accident in our world, and is offered a second chance in a world of magic and adventure by the Goddess of Death. What he finds, though, is a world where he's completely unable to communicate, and still in the bloody clothes he wore upon his death. Mistaken for a barbarian, he's imprisoned and eventually ends up as a prize fighter, treated as nothing but a mad dog. As all this happens, the face of the 'Goddess of Death' returns to him, and he then realizes that she is no true goddes, but rather a demon, whose only intent was to leave him to suffer.
After a while, the man's promised adventure arrives in the form of a young lady, looking for a strong companion to help her with her own mission...
So, that's the base level concept. I'm looking for someone to run the female protagonist in this little setup. I figure there are two roles the girl can play, and two ways to run it, based upon how we want the themes to go. So we can either have a priestess or a sorceress, and, if we want there to be a bit of friction, she can be an adherent of the very demoness who trapped my character, or else, if we want to run something more straightforward, she could be trying to defeat the demon or just have some other quest.
I figure the expectation will be high casual on this for the most part, 1-2 paragraphs in general. Bit heavier than I prefer, but... Yeah.
Also, with all this, I do figure there will be adult scenes/themes, and as such anyone I work with will have to be over 18. We can work out any themes that we don't want to deal with in PM.
So yeah, hopefully we'll be able to get something started. Anyway, yeah. Later! (Note to self, I need to not write Interest Checks while sleepy.)
