Born to a CCG legacy family Theo was brought up to fight and police ghouls. Eventually following his family's footsteps. One day though while on patrol theo was attacked by a semi powerful ghoul. Getting into a fight he valiantly killed the ghoul only to be hit on the head and gain amnesia. Not before he had signed up for a "CCG plan" which would make him a half ghoul. Or so that was the story the CCG officer told Theo. In reality Second Class Investigator has no idea he was once the S~ rated ghoul known as Jackal. Though now Theo does his best to bring the CCG honor and glory, but lately he has been having weird almost memory like dreams.
