Cameron began in 1900 as a prison town. Its big economic resources were farming, appliance retailers, a liberal arts college, and the prison. By 1965 it was a center for education it was home to the first liberal arts school in the region. Another college built in 1941 reached fame when big news circulations called its alumni inventors and young critics.

By 1990 however, organized crime was coming to fruition. It was not known but in 1998 a man identified as Richard Thessely was murdered and hidden in the trunk of a car. After that several informants led police to discover 20 corpses, drugs, and a cash fortune tallied to $5,000,000.

New bosses were in charge. And it didn't take long before federal investigators assailed the city. Between 2000 and 2007 more than 200 confirmed criminals were indicted on felony charges. On the flipside there was more than 50 unsolved homicide cases.

Welcome to Cameron 2020. You might earn a college degree, or you might be whacked for disrespecting a man only God can try.

It's a safe place. It's a beautiful place. But safety is in numbers. And beauty grows old and dies.

OOC
This is something I invented last night. It's an open world crime centered idea. I suppose two allied and also divided crime outfits are the backbone of the rpg. But there is cops students etc. If you're interested please submit your input because this is only a draft. Free and Casual apply.
