Vin shrugged, he really didn't know what it was like not to have a pack at all. Still they were just ideas right now, "even if I run the Marrock will find me because of the pack magic hell always be able to figure out my location." He looked up at Roxy "I was going to lead an attack on your elders later on today i just have to wait see if Bran pulls through and brings other packs to this fight."

"I was going go demanding some answers." Roxy replied with a shrug. "I can't say that I care if you destroy the elders. What they did was wrong. And they should be punished for it."

Vin nodded, now he was just waiting on the howl Bran was supposed to give when he brought some other packs to the fight. "I'm curious on this fact, since I told you how I was changed how were you changed into a vamp I'm just asking you don't have to answer that if you don't want to."

"I was eighteen and a know it all. My father was head of a local motorcycle gang. I thought I was pretty much untouchable. One night I was running an erroneous for dad when I was surrounded by vamps. I had no idea what they were. I had no idea there was other species out there. Anyway I was surrounded by three guys, I pulled my knifes confident that I could take them. The next thing I remember I was laying on the street with the taste of blood in my mouth."

Vin nodded, it sounded like a bit of what happened after the change he had under the full moon. The shift still hurt, but every werewolf also relied on the wolf part of themselves. He only needed to if he was in some kind of danger, at all whatsoever. Night would be falling soon and by midnight that's when the howl went up. Quickly Vin shifted and ran for the vamps base that did this his pack followed.

Rocky watched him leave. Wishing she knew what he though of their choices. But right now there were more important things. There would probably be no elders left by the time she reached the nest. But Roxy couldn't bring herself to care. They had never done anything for anyone but themselves. Unfortantly Roxy had no where else to go. She took her time. Moving at an almost human pace.

Once they were done taking down most of the elders, Justin looked at the last one begging for his life. He shook his head and lunged breaking the vamps neck and making sure he was losing to much blood to regenerate. All the wolves were waiting for him outside, and he went limping towards them covered in a mixture of his blood with the vamps. Slowly the others went back to the forest, Justin grimaced in pain and fell to the ground. So they did find out what there weakness was.

Roxy was nearly back to the nest when she smelled death and wolves. Even though Roxy had been expecting it the smell hit her hard. A feeling of loss filled her. She might not have mattered to them, but Roxy discovered they had mattered to her. She rushed towards the nest hoping someone was left. She nearly tripped over a wolf. The coloring was Vin and Justin's. They weren't dead, but they were seriously injuied. Carefully Roxy picked up Justin and carried to a tunnel she knew of not far away . Once they were safe from immediate attack Roxy began examining Justin's wounds. None of them were serious so she didn't understand the reason he claps. Until she found a small piece of silver in one of the deeper wounds. Roxy remove red the shiver and waited.

Justin opened his eyes, he noticed almost immediately he was in a different spot than he was. He got onto his paws quickly, then grimaced and fell to the ground again. He was in to bad of a shape to be standing up yet, his wounds were healing slower than he liked in that matter. He looked around till his eyes, locked onto Roxy then did he relax.

"I think I've solved the problem and you should heal. I'm pretty sure I got all the silver out of your wounds. It looks like the elders discovered your secret." Roxy stated. It was obvious that she was uncertain of his reaction.

Justin gave a small bark, he was still weak and it would take awhile for him to regain his strength. That's when he saw Bran heading there way, justin didn't bother getting up as Bran got closer he growled. "Never thought I would see a vampire taking care of one of my wolves."

"He took care of me when the sun nearly caught me off guard. It seems only right that I return the favor." Roxy said defensively. She stepped between Bran and Justin. She didn't think the Marrock would harm him, but she wasn't giloing to take any chances. Roxy put her hands on her knives. Glad that she was fast and accorate. He couldn't kill him with them, but she might be able to keep him back.

Bran smiled, "I'm not going to hurt him, he hasn't done anything wrong though helping a vamp is unusual even for Justin here." Even though justin was injured he got onto his paws and growled at Bran. "Alright Justin I won't hurt her, even when injured a werewolf will protect those he loves which he loves you vamp I won't hold anything against that."

Roxy studied Bran uncertain that she believed him. It seemed to easy. Nothing in her live had ever been easy. Why would this be? It was then Roxy realized what Bran had said. Love? Justin couldn't love her. They barely knew each other. They had only knew each other a week. And most of that time they had been chasing one another. Roxy took several steps back. If she could breath she would have been hyperventilating.

Bran looked at Justin, and motioned him to follow him. Back to the forest back to the pack back to everything he knew so well. He limped toward Bran, Bran put his hand on Justin's head "good boy lets get back your packs going nearly crazy trying to find you and are driving me nuts."

Roxy sat for a moment thinking. She didn't know what to do. With the elders gone she had no home. Roxy had always prided herself on her capabilities. She was sure she could survive on her own. But it would be lonely. While vampires were mostly solitary creatures and thought only of themselves. There was comfort in being part of a nest. She hoped Justin would be alright. In a day or two she would check on him. Right now she needed to decide what to do.

Soon Bran had gotten Justin into there new base, a house owned by a different pack member he didn't know. A few days passed, and even then Vincent's wounds were wrapped in bandages. The wounds would heal at a slower rate than what they usually did. He sat on the porch, his arms on his knees with no shirt on only pants. He wondered what he was going to do he had a new pack and everything still he couldn't get Roxy off of his mind. The sun was sinking below the horizon, tommorrow night would be a full moon.

When Roxy felt the sun go down she left the tunnel she had spent the day in. She still didn't know what to do. So Roxy decided not to do anything. Rash decisions had gotten her into trouble. So she planned to take her time. To think about her choices before making a decision. Her thoughts kept straying to Justin and what Bran had seen.

Vin looked at the sky, no matter how hard he tried his thoughts couldn't stay off of Roxy that long. "You love her don't you Vin?" He looked over to see Bran leaning in the door way, "I guess I am Bran I just never considered that I would fall for a vamp." Bran looked at him, a smile on his face "not a lot of us can beat love and not say it's not true." Vin only nodded lost in his own thoughts.

Roxy began to work on building herself a house. She had never had a true house before. Not one that was hers. This one would be built by her own hand. Alright so she wasn't going to win any building contests, but it didn't have to be pretty. It just had to keep herself from the sun. Roxy was looking forward to having a place where she could just be herself. She didn't have to fulfill anyone else expectations.
