The game only cares about the Dragonbor's great adventures, so I was thinking "How about an Rp focused on the daily life of the NPC's"; more specifically the guards as they are always trying to solve problems, from a finding lost dog to a dragon attack.

This is an alternative universe where the dragonborn does not exists so if you are in trouble call the guards. Another thing to keep in mind is that the Skyrim civil war is over with a victory of the Empire, even so there are still many stormcloack supporters out there and there are many troubles with bandits and hostile creatures.

I have in mind to place this Rp in Whiterun, though if other Holds need reinforcments then our characters can go.
