Sebastian is the kind of guy who watches a lot and talks very little. Since he can’t speak, he’s learned to communicate with gestures and a device that talks for him. He’s pretty independent and doesn’t like depending on others. He can come off as distant, but he just isn’t good at showing what he feels. He’s tough, but there’s a part of him that just wants to belong.

Key Events:
Sebastian was born without a voice box, so he’s always had to find other ways to get by. After losing his mom and with no family to turn to, he spent a lot of time tinkering with machines to keep busy and stay out of trouble. He got caught trying to access some restricted systems, which wasn’t to hurt anyone, just to understand how things worked. Now he’s part of The 100 and has to figure out how to survive on the ground.

All good except for a tiny ish detail; since he is on the ground now, how will he use the voice synthesizer? Is it sort of surgically used or other?

It’s embedded in his neck that’s how he uses it.

I can’t exactly explain it but I guess it’s like a partial piece of a voice box but it can only say built in words

I’ve also Got a question: since basically everyone in the 100 universe is a city level character in powerscaling, are our characters city level as well? or are we basing this off realism because in the tv show basically everyone is superhuman but I do hope that it is realism because gallivanting around and doing insane feats kinda takes the fun out of well the idea of a rp.

Face Claim or Description: Light skinned from space days, but his swarthy father's blood is becoming evident as puberty hits. He stands 5"5 broad shouldered and always has a scrape or bruise to show for it. Hector's eyes are bronze, his hair black, his smile coy.

Key Traits: Spatial memory; never loses things. Sticky fingers; might have your things. Beguiling, will try and charm himself to safety
Strengths: Strong for his size, he'll be as broad as his father if time tells. He is more an athlete than a scholar.
Flaws: Lacks good boundaries especially when it comes to property and personal space
Fears: Aquaphobia(can't swim), his immaturity being seen as a flaw
Goals: Proves his doubter's wrong, or at least not to be bullied anymore.
Brief Personality Overview: Hector strives to be well received, even when he knows he's done wrong. The shame and guilt of his moral failings usually cause him to act out and become a thief. Plus, he just seems to be apathetic to alot of higher redtape and drama. Loyalty escapes him, as in he would love to have a group of friends it's just his delinquency and attitude about it stop that. He has his morality and good nature still. But he is young, and tempted easily.

Key Events: Hector, last of 3 brothers, son of a custodian and a technician. Bullied somewhat on the Ark for not being as bright of gifted as his siblings. Made due being found between the lines of Ark society chasing dreams and schemes. The stories of outlwas and historical rebellion are the only books he's read. But, he knows the merits of a strong social circle, of how things might aught to be if they were different. Change does not scare him, complacency does. Being essentially disowned by his mother for his actions has shaped his life and actions. The quasi-support he gets from his siblings, and the lack thereof from his dad, also play a key role.

Overly trusting, will open up to anybody quickly, and due to his openness he is often trusted in return which leads him to be able to talk is we have any situation. He would do anything for those he trusts and he doesn't really care for the rules as long as the job gets done.
His biggest motivation is to protect those he cares about and to enjoy life as he can, even if that involves knocking a few heads in.

Strong-willed and tempered with a strong moral compass, but a aptitude for chaos. He always been in fights always had to fight, doesn't always respect the authority but does what he needs to get by.
