I forgot my password to another rp forum and cannot access the email it was created with. does anyone have any good, working temp/disposable emails?

https://tempr.email/en/ has generally done me well.

Just note some places auto-filter a lot of temp e-mails / only accept some domains so your mileage may vary.

I would suggest creating a permanent one. I made the mistake of using a temp email to register an account elsewhere years ago and I lost access due to that. Just use a permanent one and you won't have to deal with that risk.
