Age 36, Unemployed, Local Dictator

Personality: Neurodivergent savant. A criminal mastermind, but the only crime he commits is stealing pennies from vending machines. He is an expert in this crime but is incapable of pulling off any other crimes. He is a dictator but only of a 300 Sq Ft studio apartment in the slums of Montgomery. He is really good at mopping floors but got banned from janitorial work due to sleeping with the job. Yes, you read that right.

Likes: Pennies, copper, women who carry forks, the D4 square on a chessboard.
Dislikes: People, romantic relationships, people named Montgomery, overcooked fish sticks.

Special Abilities:
- Can make anyone gender neutral for 4 hours. This power works once a week, but only if the humidity outside is above 60%.
- Can turn grass green with sheer willpower.
- Can make paint dry 10% faster by farting.
