My name is Silver! RP is currently how I escape the horrors and lately I have been in the mood for a comfort RP.

Here are my ideas:
  • hurt/comfort theme where both main characters find comfort and healing through each other
  • setting: inpatient psych facility, could be one of those psych retreats? or outpatient?
  • I have a F character in mind who has a hard time with settling with calm; she wants peace but isn't used to things not being intense
  • seeking a M (cis or trans) in case later down the line we decide to throw in a little romance? If we were to do that though, I want the plot to still focus on the comfort RP theme
  • I love angsty writing and diving into trauma/mental illness, but I'm hoping for this RP there can be an even mix of angst and comfort/calm
  • gonna be honest, I would need some help flushing out the plot a little more; I have the main idea, but could use some help giving the story some direction


What I'm looking for in a RP partner:
  • average post size of a few paragraphs (with room to write more when you're particularly inspired or less when you're having an off day)
  • 21+ (25+ would be better tbh); I'm 27 and prefer to RP 1x1 with people who are closer in age to me
  • OOC chatting! I feel weird when we're just writing lol
  • posing at least every 2-3 days, if not more frequently. I've had a big itch for writing lately and respond pretty quickly (at least once a day) but I don't mind waiting!
  • mutual responsibility of side characters
  • communication -- if you're going to be gone for a while or if you're not feeling the RP anymore, please let me know!
  • slow-moving plot -- I looove to take my time through interactions and lean into all the feelings and descriptions
