Bio

Hi! I'm Silver. I'm a 28-year-old woman in CA with more than a touch of the 'tism and I've been doing RP-by-post since I was 12 and heavily into Warrior Cats (lol). I've taken a few years of a break for undergrad and grad school and I'm happy to be jumping back in again! I enjoy writing fantasy, mild psychological horror, angst, action, and sometimes romance. Fandoms I enjoy RPing are Hellaverse, Undertale, TADC, and Harry Potter. I typically play OCs only.

Other than that, I have two cats (really one but the other is my boyfriend's cat) and a snake! I am a music therapist and a university lecturer as well.

I tend to post at least once a day in my RPs, but sometimes more frequently. However, I don't mind needing to wait a few days for a post! I just get excited to write ๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™m here from Warrior Cats RPG/Feral Front. DM me if you think we played together over there!

Olo the Halfling

The shelves of oddities seem to change with each turn as Olo makes his way through the shop. At times, the items on the shelves seem the same. Might he be walking in circles?

When he speaks, his voice is somehow both echoed and muted. But his question is answered promptly, by a woman standing behind a desk just out of sight as if she had been there the entire time. "Welcome," she says with a smile. "Can I help you find anything?"

The woman stands about two and a half feet taller than the halfling, pale-skinned with a hint of purple and pointed ears decorated with an array of small hoop and stud earrings. Her eyes are white without pupils or irises. However, they lack the coldness of a typical changeling's stare. Her voice is gentle, like a feather, and she smiles at Olo patiently.

Hi so this was so super fun and I've absolutely loved exploring Damien as a character and exploring a bit of myself through his story. I'm looking forward to revisiting Damien's field along with him and maybe using him in future roleplaying games. Thanks so much to everyone who was a part of his catharsis! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ
Damien's Catharsis

It might have been days. It might have been minutes. It wouldn't be unreasonable to guess a matter of months that Damien sat in that field. Each breath was of the freshest air that had ever blessed his nostrils. Damien cycled between sitting quietly with his eyes closed and noticing the beauty around him through sight, smell, and touch. Sometimes, he lay on his back or on his stomach to examine the world from a different perspective. Sometimes he walked. Sometimes he stood.

During his time exploring the field, Damien came across distant mountains, crystal-clear lakes, lush rivers, and charming brooks, all much more beautiful than anything he had ever seen in all of Hell. With each new discovery, Damien was surprised by how lovely Creation could really be.

And throughout his travels, all he knew was peace.

peace.

peace.

now, damien sits cross-legged in the grass amongst a sprouting patch of purple crocus. the ground feels cold against his fur and hooves, as if this part of the meadow had just come out of winter. he watches calmly as the round buds push up steadily through the warming earth. he attends to each unfurling leaf, each stretching stem. from somewhere above him, hellebore petals fall across his hair and horns. damien closes his eyes gently and breathes in. with each breath out, he feels more still and more peaceful. he feels connected to the garden surrounding him. he feels at peace. he feels loved. he feels accepted.

he hasn't seen the moth at all since the day he chose to stay, but he knows it is watching. somehow, somewhere. it sees and knows. but beyond the moth, he feels seen and known by the universe.

damien takes another deep breath in, then lets it out. his mind feels clear. he feels assured. he feels steady. damien looks across the entire field before him, his gaze moving slowly with all the time in existence. when he's finished, when he feels ready, he closes his eyes and once again focuses on the warm sun on his fur, the soft breeze in his hair that gently rustles the plant life surrounding him.

"thank you," he whispers. then, he disappears.

Sipra listened carefully while Jay spoke, her head spinning a little. There was a lot of jargon she didn't recognize and for the life of her, she couldn't keep up as quickly as their story unfolded. So when Jay addressed her directly, Sirpa needed a moment to gather her thoughts before speaking.

"Sure, I think so," she began tentatively. She looked up and away briefly, searching for a memory or two. "But not in the same way. I think growing up I'd made friends who ended up just wanting to use me for their own fun. But they were never close friends. I think it hadn't bothered me for long when I finally realized...but you know, our minds are different as children." Sirpa added the last part quickly and flushed momentarily. She felt a small prick in her palm and had an instant thought that what she had said was rude. Was it rude? Or was she still succeeding in making conversation? She chose to speak again, hoping that if she did say something wrong, whatever she said next would cover it up. "What was it that were you hoping for with those people?"
Oh wow, perfect timing! Good luck with your computer!!
PATCH

with CAINE

"Ah ah ah!" Caine waggles his finger toward Amber while Bubble rotates sideways in place with a blank stare. "The Circus is a family-friendly place, so there will be none of that profanity."

Patch sighs as she watches the scene before her unfold. She had been feeling that the Circus was quite full, especially as of late. There were ten of them now, after all. From what she heard from the others, there usually were not this many people. Sure, it helped that Zooble and a couple of others liked to sit out from time to time, but lately it felt like adventures took longer than they really needed to. Patch wished Caine would split up the group or something. Maybe only take a few people at a time and rotate some out? But she couldn't see that happening. Caine was so enamored with them all that it was very unlikely he'd be open to not considering each of them when he created an adventure. But Patch could tell that today's adventure in particular was going to take some extra time.

An uncertain voice catches Patch's attention and she looks to the side to see Gangle looking up at her. "Amber? I'm sure they'll be fine," she says reassuringly. "They'll probably just need a few days. And they might need some help with our adventure. I'm sure Caine won't be letting them off the hook just because it's their first day. And it looks like they might actually be interested." She looks over toward Amber in thought before speaking again. "Hey, since Caine is here, do you think you might want to ask him about your comedy ma-"

"Oh, they're just fine!" Caine says loudly, waving Ragatha away. "What Amber needs is a good old-fashioned fun-venture!"

"That was lame," Bubble says, deadpan. Caine sputters for a few seconds before eventually blurting out, "You're lame! Now fully derailed and distracted by Bubble's comment, Caine seems eager to to quickly escape the air of his embarrassment. "Good luck with your task!" he says hurriedly. Then, he snaps his fingers and he and Bubble *pop* out of sight.

Patch blinks, then looks back down at Gangle. "Darn, sorry Gangle..."

KINGER

Kinger appears in Jax's path as soon as he turns around from his conversation with the fourth wall. He is standing stock still, as if he was merely a figurine of himself. He wears a mildly shocked expression on his face. After a moment of silence, he says quietly, "Is it green light yet?"
@Birdboy I haven't. It looks like they haven't been on here since they mentioned about their laptop.
@tadcfnaf I typically wait for at least two other people to post before I do. Now that youโ€™ve posted, I plan to write something. However, I will be leaving for vacation on Tuesday and will only be posting from the plane if there is WiFi. If I donโ€™t get a chance to post tomorrow, you can expect to hear from me in a couple of weeks.
@EmberdoodlZ Omg that's terrible! Hopefully you'll be able to get a replacement laptop! It does really suck to do some things on a phone.
Thanks y'all ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿซถ I've been having more fun writing him than I anticipated!
