After the brutal conquest of Toufie’s Kingdom/Homeland, he captures her with the intent to keep her as a trophy of his conquest. The two of them had met each other previously when Toufie was present during a deal that was attempting to be made between (Y/N) and her now deceased father. This is the ultimate betrayal to Toufie as they’re forced to prepare for a marriage to the most terrifying man on the continent. 💠Plot Snippet: Toufie had just laid her head to rest that night, the sound of the small storm raging outside like music to her ears, a soft lullaby of sorts especially after a long day of her usual studies as Princess and soon to be Queen of her home land. She’d remembered the last few days' events well. The look of the foreign men in their midsts, how different and fairer of skin they possessed along with lighter colored locks so much different than their own.
But, her father being a kind man and not wanting a battle allowed them to dock on their shore, sell their wares and allowed them to peruse their home. They didn’t know it then, who would? I mean, no one would want to think someone asking for permission to visit someone’s home that it would later mean a blood bath.
Toufie had just closed her eyes for a few hours, the sound of the breeze tussling her hair and tickling her cheeks a welcome kiss of the air before she heard it. The bell, the screaming, woke her in a panic as her heart was thumping in her chest. She'd heard of the bell before, what it was for but she never thought she’d bear witness to the day it would need to be in use. Under attack? There was no way they could be. Who was attacking them??
Not much thought crossed her mind, her brain flooding her body with too much adrenaline to care as she quickly pulled a silk coat around her person, the thought of her usual white head dress an after thought as the sounds of screaming, crying, the clanging of metal all became clearer the further she descended the steps.
“Baba?” She called for her father in their native dialect, soft hands clutching tightly to the opening of her coat while her long night gown flowed behind her as bare feet descended the stone steps.
“Baba? Ba-“ Toufie froze. The sound of her father grunting, yelling in his native tongue for the man to get out, that they’d had a deal. She nearly stepped forward, she wasn’t thinking but a nearby maid having escaped the carnage with blood on her dress quickly grabbed Toufie, begging her to be silent, to stay close as what followed that they could both see with terrified gaze was her fathers blood spraying, the man almost begging before it stopped, the loud thunk of a blade against wood and the horrid sound of metal meeting meat. She couldn’t hear her father anymore. Just the wheeze of air leaving a severed wind pipe, and could see as the barbarian picked up her fathers bloodied head holding it as some sort of sick trophy while his still warm blood pooled around the body and stained their once beautiful carpet. “Shhh,shhh.” the older woman shushed quickly and quietly, urging for the Princess to follow her, apologizing for what she had to have seen as the memory was stuck in her mind, the sounds. The image burned into her brain.
She was in so much shock she couldn’t even cry, she couldn’t scream, the hallway felt like it was spinning and everything felt like it was in slow motion. The older woman, with tears in her eyes, only had one goal, to protect the girl she’d watched grow up. The last thing she wished was for either of those brutes to find her, to harm her, they’d done enough damage already. The poor girl is truly an orphan now.
Toufie whimpered. The woman entered the Princesses room and looked around quickly before finding an empty storage chest that was kept by the girl's bed side. It was either that or her closet and she was sure the last place they’d think to look was that chest. She quickly opened the dusty thing, apologizing to the girl before quickly ushering her in, having her curl up and frowning with tears in her eyes. “Sam7 liya.” she apologized softly, stroking the young girl's cheek and scared face. Her attention quickly went towards the door, closing the chest quickly behind her and soon leaving the room where she closed the bedroom door.
Hands clutching at her bloodied dress the older maid descended the steps, quickly trying to bypass the men but she failed in evading capture, all she could see in his eyes was pure malice, the blood of innocent souls on his person while flickering of flame illuminated his features. A demon is all she could see, and she’d be damned she’d let this demon get to the Princess. The feeling of his hand gripping her throat caused her to gasp, flailing while tears further filled her eyes and fell down her cheeks all the while he screamed at her for the whereabouts of the poor girl, the girl whose father he’d brutally slain just moments earlier. “I-I will not tell you!” She screamed in a bit of broken English, the bloodied blade he brandished to her throat terrifying but, she’d accepted her fate, she knew whether she told the truth or lied he’d kill her anyways. If he was malicious enough to kill the poor people of this land after they’d shown such kindness to him and his group than she knew what his intentions were if she were to be truthful with him, so, she’d rather die knowing she’d done her best and curse him as he did what he must to her. “You’ll burn in Hell Demon!! Burn!! All of you will pay for this!! All of you!!” She screamed at him, choking a bit as she continued to flail where he was keeping her suspended against the cold stone wall behind her.
