Taking heavy inspiration from the film “Repo: The Genetic Opera”

The year is 2078. A virus has ravaged the world years ago, corrupting different organs in nearly every person in earth. While there was a treatment, it was…costly. Leaving many people in debt to the Evangelical family-the richest and most influential bloodline- essentially, loan sharks.

If you fail to keep up with your payments to them, they will repossess the organ you so desperately needed to live via sending the Repo Man to harvest it, killing you and leaving your body disregarded in the streets.

Now, someone has created a drug, a very illegal drug. Zygrate is made from the spinal fluid of the dead, taking away pain, a temporary cure. This drug is dealt underground by the very same person who made it.

Someone must take down the Evangelicals, this family terrorizing anyone who wasn’t born into wealth.

This is basically a survival roleplay. You can be anyone in this and create whatever backstory you wish. Repo Man, someone from the Evangelical family, the dealer/creator of Zygrate, a character unknown yet, just reply here with whatever you’re thinking. I’m looking for 1x1 but I wouldn’t mind a small group roleplay if enough people are interested

this is cool, also as an interesting thought, what if the drug isn't made from the spinal fluids of the dead that's just what they say. But rather certain living. hear or read me out here. you have the few that didn't get affected by the virus, they have a certain genetic immunity or resistance, so what if the temp-drug is made from those peoples spinal fluid?

He has a 10 year old daughter, he found out his wife was sick, and so through experimentation he found out that he was immune and could use his own spinal fluid to make an antidote. Unfortunately though this too late. And in a story this would be the part where he found the antidote in time to save his kid. But this is reality, he realized only after he had the serum that his baby girl had inherited his immunity to the disease, so, he kept making the serum, as a way to make money and to stop others from loosing their families
