do we want to set up a specific order? so we know who goes when?

I am happy for people to post when it fits for their characters. Conversations or collaborative posts etc.

in the other rp i'm in we have a decided list that dictates the order in which we all go, but I'm open to whatever :)) was just a suggestion/question

@lostandfoundme no problems at all. If any of the others want to have a more structured format I am happy to go along with it.

I think some structure would be nice. That way, people can have a predictable schedule and it is less likely that someone will get left behind. I was feeling a lot of stress to get my first post out, but that's just me. I hope it's OK.

And, I already mentioned this to Dr. Batch, but wanted to have a disclaimer here: I am legally blind. If there are misspelled words in my post, just kindly point them out if you want them changed. Homophones are the bane of my writing. I do a lot of my writing through dictation and I can't hear mistakes like that. I try my best though.

I hope you all enjoy the post! I was a little out of it at the end, so hopefully it's still OK. I've enjoyed everyone's riding so far. :)

Structure always helps me out if we are still talking about a post order(writing now for instance). But I'm down for this too. I do know I'm going to enjoy decking out Lorn for his truest adventure yet and all these new buds :D

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to how we can sort the posting order out fairly? Apart from sticking to I post first to set up the next plot point or exchange etc then we do it based on what characters are interacting together?

I'm up for whatever structure/posting order that goes. Was kinda taking it as little isolated bubbles in the tavern, but once the crew's together in earnest, and everything effects everyone, order would probably help out so no one feels rushed or gets left behind. We can also communicate here if someone's thinking about posting next too.

As for what that order actually is when the ball gets rolling, I see two options.
1. See where the post order drops organically, and then stick to that pattern.
2. Go ahead and orchestrate a post order beforehand. Draw sticks, roll for slot, or just decide.

There might be smaller moments where characters are isolated or interacting independent from the group, too, and smaller posts can happen. If a post doesn't affect others, or only one or two others, maybe it could be more open and fluid.

Maybe we should just communicate here regardless if we're thinking about posting? That way, if someone else has an idea or wants to interact or make something happen in some way, everyone can better adjust?

Sounds good to me. Happy to go with whatever majority of people wish to do/use.

Also anyone have an idea on how to form the party? Becuase even though we are inside the Tavern. We are kinda scattered around

As for the party forming, I was just going with Arn's announcement, that anyone who's willing to join him must meet him there in three days at sunrise. So they're pretty much all tied in automatically, if they want to go. In the meantime, they can just hang around, take care of business, and get to know each other until a timeskip, at least I assume.

Posts about information gathering, weapons, armour or other goods or payments being made would be fantastic if people wished to post them.

A few people have all gathered together so there is possibility of conversation there as well before any timeskips are initiated.

Other than that I am happy to jump ahead, was thinking about introducing a few other characters that could join us that we all controlled
(they would all eventually become fodder after usefulness has worn out).

Let me know whats preferred and I am more than happy to utilise others ideas

My general rule of thumb is that at least two posts have to be submitted before I post again, and if I'm going to do a back-and-forth, that's a collaboration post.

Feel free to approach Lorn, he's road ragged but up for evening chats(i even have a discord for collabs) I've used the massive Inn's facilities a tad bit and plenty more in post to come to prepare for an epic quest.
