"then why did you agree to be here? You shouldn't come here if it a risk to your health" loki said blinking his eyes open looking at the inventor knowing it would be colder then most nights in asguard and gets him a nice wool blanket "here it will keep you warm it gets cold" he said slowy.

"eh Hawkeye I miss him" he smirked slightly "Its fine just don't want you dead" he said slowly before falling asleep. Half way through the night however the god whimpered and shifted around in his sleep.

"Ehhh ?" He found it odd Loki didn't want him dead after the amount of times he had tried to kill him. Tony lay down and curled up in the blankets sleeping.
He opened eyes when LOki started whimpering.

The god soon relaxed once more slowly as the days went and gone they grew a little more trusting of each other. Till the day Odin made his apperance to Loki to see what in the world was the rukus that Loki and Tony where jamming around on some rock instuments just for the hell of it. Loki was playing the gitaur ignoring Odin slightly "give me a beat Tony" he said waiting for Tony to give him a beat to play against.

(Yes they are like rockstars in their holding cell)

Tony had began to trust Loki a little more over that time and was seeing a different side of him. He was sitting next to Loki playing music with him, he had no idea Loki had that in him.
He gives Loki a beat grinning.
"Loki what the hell are you doing?" Odin's voice boomed.
Tony almost jumped through the roof startled.

Loki plays the gitaur grinning ignoring his father smiling till he hears his voice and jumped slightly and looked at him "being bored" he shrugged grinning. Frigga who was with Odin looked at her son, smiling seeing that childish side of him.

"i was about to say the same thing" loki mutters and looked at Odin glareing gently but looked at his mother that smiled at him "do you need anything?" she asked. Loki looked at Tony and then back at his mother "some mead would be lovely" he said. Frigga nodded slowly and looked at Odin "Well no wonder why he thinks he's a monster he's hearing from his own father" frigga said sighing. Loki kept playing the giatur softly.

Tony really thought Odin was being too harsh, he could see why Loki was so miserable. He just patted Loki's back in support and smiled at him "It will be ok"
Odin huffed "he acts like it, it was his own actions that made him be seen as acting like what he is."

Frigga blinked "maybe true but people can change you got to give him a chance Odin even if he fails it he gave it a shot " she shrugged and flicked her hand and two bottles of mead appeared in the cell as well as another bed for Tony to sleep in with nice blankets as well. Loki grinned at Odin slightly, in a dark crazy way "mom speaks truthful, you don't give much support to allowing me to change" he said sighing before thinking of any songs he once knew but came up with none. He nodded to Tony "i know it will be one day" he mutters.

Tony smiled at Frigga "Thank you," He knew a bed would be more comfortable than the floor. He hoped Odin would stop being so harsh on Loki. He sighed leaning back thinking.
"Hes ruined any chances of me trusting him." Odin said firmly. He walked off. He seemed to not give any indication he cared either. He sighed a bit.

Frigga grunted and looked at her son "just keep trying" she smiled and leaves as well. Loki sighed and nodded flopping on his bed thinking to himself. He closed his eyes slowly sighing.
Frigga watches Odin "I don't get it Odin how can you not care? you raised him to think he would be a prince of asguard and when he finally snapped so did you? how can you say your afsther if you don't trust your son?" she demands.

"Wow he certainly treats you terribly." Tony seemed to understand more seeing Odin treat Loki that way. He rubbed Loki's back in comfort and then passed him the bottle of mead.
Tony takes one too and drinks.
Odin huffed "He put Asgard in danger and tried to take over Asgard and Earth or had you forgotten, Hes not my son by blood, Even if we raised him as our son, he turned on us, what son would do that,"

Loki drinks slowly "yeah thats how I get treated by my own father" he mutters gently as he drank half the bottle blinking, Mead was extemly strong alchol, he closed his eyes and looked at Tony "You had it better then me by alot, you got your friends and family I got nothing" he sighed gently.
Friggia glares "a son who felt betrayed by his family would do that even if not blood he would do it no matter. Why did you keep it a secret from him?" asked confused on why odin wouldn't tell him from the start "was he much different from thor back then ? prideful?"

Tony downs the mead "Its terrible he'd treat you like that." he was getting drunk with the more he downed. But he was always one to get drunk. He didn't think Loki had nothing, he was sure Frigga and Thor cared.
"Well forget Odin we were having fun till he got here."
Odin glared "I do what I like because I am king, and he can stay in prison for all I care."

Tony grinned and pulled LOki closer. He wasn't sure what he was doing really, He was so drunk he ended up kissing Loki. Odin huffed and grumbled "Why is that mortal man even in Loki's cell!"
