"I was just as drunk as you gods just have it different" he muses gently looking at the mortal before petting his head smirking.

TWO MONTHS LATER

Frigga and Odin sat outside the cell, Loki and Thor sat in the cell tentions running super high with Tony , if he could get this talk to be peaceful they could get loki out. But it went into hell after two minutes as Thor and loki started a huge argument. Suddenly the two brothers where yelling anf screaming at each other and then it got pycihal and weapons where out already. Both started fighting harshly with each other., Frigga closed her eyes and shot her eyes open when Loki gave a yell, Thor had slammed his hammer into Tony by accident. Loki dropped his weapon and caught tony and placed him on the bed panicking a lot "No no no come onFix" tries fixing spells on the reactor tears falling "come on stay with me please please" he whined tears falling. thor dropped the hammer in shock.

As soon as the brother started fighting, Tony had jumped in between the two, "ENOUGH!!!" He didn't want either of the gods hurt or killed.
But he ended up getting smacked in the reactor with Thor's hammer and he fell back. The reactor had been damaged and Tony was gasping weakly.
He seemed to struggle to breath and was pale.

Loki cringed angrily and kept healing the reactor panicked angrily. He heals the reactor before blinking "Tony? You ok?" He whimpered.

The reactor was only working just. It still needing replacing . Tony was looking pale "Y..Yeah.. I guess." He curled up weakly.
"Need new reactor."

He looked at tony and sighed opening his watch and sighed "ill miss you tony" he pressed the button and tony was teleported back to earth to stark tower,alone. Loki sighed looking at the wall closing eyes "bye Tony" he mutters.

Tony had to get to reactor replaced. He went to go an try convince Fury Loki had changed. He sighed not wanting to leave.
Odin was standing by Lokis cell.

Fury glares "how do we know its not a lie?" He Alex. Loki looked at the wall and punched the wall sadly angrily hissing in sorrow. Frigga blinked slightly at the god sadly. Loki put his head on wall sadly "he was the only one I cared about " he mutters to himself.

Loki ignored looking at the ground sadly.

Fury glares and then thinks "alright fine since you seem to trust him so much. Loki will spend a year with the avengers and he will be staying at Stark towers"

They got a portal back to loki cell. As soon as loki saw tony he tackled him to the ground in bear hug "your alive" exclaimed happily then froze and stood up.and dusted himself off "and I'm ....happy "
