Here's the OOC outline, feel free to make comments on things that might need to be added or removed.

Plot:
This is the tale of seven mystical artifacts known as the "Dragon Balls", and the lives of those they touched. Many people seek the Dragon Balls, due to their mystical power of granting nearly any wish. No one knows who created them, but everyone wants them. You are one of those people currently searching the world. Whether you be a freelance soldier, a well-trained martial artist, or even an intelligent scientist is not important. What is important is what you plan on wishing for.....

So this RP will be all about collecting the Dragon Balls. Some Villains may be the same, and some characters may make a cameo. Now, here's the actual RP rules:

1. Host's word is law.

2. Humans/the occasional anthropomorphic animal are the only races.

3. Any character type that fits the tech level and physical capabilities of Humans shown in the ORIGINAL DragonBall is possible.(so very few Ki blasts)

4. If a Character makes a cameo, I'll control them until such time as they exit the story.

5. You are not required to be a hero, nor join forces with anyone else.

6. If you DO obtain the dragon balls, I will deem your wish possible or not.

7. Feel free to make references to things such as the Red Ribbon army, the World Tournament, or the Ox-King's house being on fire.

Armor: he doesn't wear it often but it is a light leather armor that he wears on all parts of his body except his head that could save him from an arrow shot from a bow and things like that.

History:
Personality:He is very casual that comes from receiving what he wants when he wants. If this doesn't happen then he will use his cunning and not so honest means to receive what he wants. He is very friendly and will rarely hold grudges against anyone as he feels it just ruin's ones life to do so.

I'll take that as you being interested. Now we just wait for a few more people.

Oh my gosh, really? Original Dragonball!? I loved the first series, where it was more of a quest/adventure than a fighting show... I mean, it was still a fighting show but...you know what I mean.

Anyway, count me in. And I might be able to recruit another player from the other site I Rp on, he's a fan of the original over DBZ as well.

Side note, I had a character ages back that I made for a failed DB Rp. She was a shapeshifter that went to the same academy as Puar and Oolong, would that be an acceptable character?

Howdy, previously mentioned recruit from Ms. Pants here. Absolutely down for this, original DB had a much better atmosphere in my opinion but I swear it's as if nobody has seen it.

Also, not that it isn't your perogative to do so, but why the limit to human/anthro races? I get no Saiyans or Nameks or whatever but DB had vampires, demons. androids and all sorts of weird stuff. Is it just a certain feel you're going for in the Rp or what? Not that it really bothers me, I'll probably just be a human anyways.

Also, is there going to be an overarching story in place? Like are you going to introduce villains and whatnot or is it pretty much going to be an open Rp within the DB verse? Rules four and five make that slightly unclear.

Basically what Krammit said, I mean humans are obviously going to be more logical cause they're weak and less severely over powered but I enjoy being unique in some way. There's just too much within the Dragon Ball universe that makes humans look very bland. Any kind of blend or other things we could use? There are tons of other races.

I'm willing to throw Androids in as playable under the Red Ribbon Army's service.

Also @Krammit There's no storyline other than find the Dragon Balls, and make your wish. Villains may be thrown in by me here and there, same with Canon characters. When I said story, I meant the overall RP.
