Alright, bad news. I actually attempted to post the OOC, but it and all of the work related was lost due to RPG being offline. Of course, since I have a good chunk of the content in my head, I could attempt to redo it, but it kind of made me lose motivation about it and as such it may be a while (if I ever do it) until the OOC is reposted.

Turns out I'm a lot more motivated than I thought; after a minor (read:MAJOR) QQCode fail, the OOC is up! Of course, I'll still take suggestions and ideas over there and I'll start getting IC stuff in place once I get a few characters.
