Those are deep sea fish, they usually die on the boat. Also, they're near impossible to get in the aquarium trade. Maybe a frogfish (which is a type of Angler), but I don't have experience in Saltwater.

Go for a salt water aquarium. More work but you can get some sick coral beds.

I've been thinking about that, and I have been looking for an aquarium larger than 50 gallons (I heard it's easier when it's bigger for stability reasons). So far, none of the size I want are in my price range (story of my life in the aquarium hobby).
