Two oddities lie on earth. They appear human, but their traits are more animalistic, and their urges as well. One is an Inu, one who looks like a human but possess traits of a dog, and the other, a neko, one who appears human but has traits of a cat. Both can transform into animals of their respective traits they posses, the Inu can become a dog, the Neko a cat. They two meet and discover that they are not the only oddities in the world, but however. There is only one of each of them, all they have is each other.
