Each of you is a stalwart shield against the horrors of this universe, each man expected to go above and beyond the call of duty and put his life on the line to ensure a brighter future for mankind as a whole. You are not the genetically enhanced super-soldiers of the Adeptus Astartes, for each of you is but a human in body and mind, equipped to hold the line against the Xenos and Hetrical foes of the Imperium. Just remember that the galaxy is a vast place, and no matter what: No one will miss you. Where you stand and died for this cause, ten more will take your place. You are expendable, but it is through your grit, determination, and sheer luck that you live to see the next day.
This RP, shall be set in the tabletop game system known as Only War, wherein you play as a gallant member of the Emperor's Hammer, the Imperial Guard. The system used in this RP will be “Rules Lite” so that we are not bogged down by constant nuisances.
I will be looking for four people to join in this war zone, I would prefer people with some experience but all are welcome provided they wish to be reasonable.
And remember, the universe is a grim place. Death is common, so make sure to bring a comrade.
