[IC] love assassination (Xion and lady)

Raph nodded, it was after breakfast tht he left. He made his way toward his place getting on his assassins gear, jumping from building to building looking around. Soon another assassin came into view "why did you frame me?" The assassin only smiles, and grabs his sword and attacks. Raph quickly meets the stroke and the stroke after the assassin got a lucky shot and cut from Raph's brow to his chin. Still he fought soon enough he heard the guards, he dived into the shadows just to be kicked off the roof into the lake beside it. He was hoping Jackie would be a short distance away, but he doubted that.

After an hour or so, Jackie left the house to worried to stay indoors for much longer keeping an open and wary eye around and above her not certain if whoever wanted her dead hadn't sent just Raphael to kill her looking out for suspicious characters when she heard the guards call assassin again and went to follow the voices and paused as she heard a faint splash. A lake. She knew where one closest to where she was, was. Still keeping a wary eye open, she wenr into that direction.

Raphael was sinking fast his weapons acting like anchors on him, he slowly hit the bottom of the lake. His lungs shirt from the lack of air as, as his fingers fumbled with his weapons belt he already let out a bit of air that was needed. He soon lost all of it, and water filled his lungs another person jumped in undoing the belt and pulling Raph up.
He wasn't breathing Greg started to CPR trying to get his heart going again trying to get his heart to contract on its own, "come on Raph your stronger than this but no way am I doing the kissing CPR on you." There was to much water in his system, he didn't think anyone would want to lose a great guy if a person cared about him in a way.

"Raph!" Jackie screams not thinking about what she was doing but rushed over, pushing whoever was there out of her way and performs the kiss of life.

After a few more tries, Raph coughs getting on his hands and knees coughing up more water. Then rolls onto his back staring up at the sky, "Jackie?" His voice weak, his body was weak he needed to gain his strength back.

Jackie sighs in relief tears in her eyes and she hugs him tightly not caring that he was wearing soaking wet clothes nor how this would be seen by the general public. She had almost lost him to drowning, so who cared what others thought. "Don't scare me like that. Please." She begs softly tightly holding onto his shirt with a fist feeling his beating heart rejoicing in every beat it made.

Raph closed his eyes, he was weak "I won't Jackie I'll try not to but no promises." He said gently, he couldn't promise her something that he couldn't keep truly in his part. He knew he was always going to be in danger, he couldn't promise her something he couldn't keep in the long run.

"Let's get you somewhere you can rest. I know you can't..." Jackie said sadly but wouldn't give him up for anything in this wide world. She wanted him around, she loved him after all. "So, let's not think about it." She suggested going and do that anyway in her head.

Greg had gotten to his feet, "I can help you with getting him somewhere where he can rest he's heavier than he looks." Raph looked at him and raised an eyebrow, "you are Raph even with a lean muscular body like yours your still heavy to carry for anyone." Raph shook his head at the comment, a smile on his face.

"Thank you so much. Who might I ask are you?" Jackie asks the stranger looking at him curiously. She could usually judge a persons character by looking at them. "I'm sorry for pushing you out of the way. I wasn't thinking," She admits with a small smile. Even though she wanted to think he meant them no harm because he saved Raphael's life, that didn't mean much. He could be doing his best to get on her good side and then strike later.

"Names Greg an old friend from the streets where Raph and me grew up, really didn't expect him to be here." He didn't think Raph would come here at all, he picked up Raph's arm and lifted him up, "I really don't have much, but it will do for Raph to rest."

"Alright then." Jackie said standing up and dusting the dress off looking at Greg placing her trust in him that he would have Raphael safe where he would rest. "I appreciate your helping him." She said honestly. "Did you want me to come along or go home?" She asks Raph curious what he wanted her to do.

"Come along I'll feel better knowing your safe," he was leaning most of his weight on Greg. He was tired and weak, he was ready to fall asleep anywhere really, Greg started walking toward his place. Supporting Raph's weight as they were walking.

Jackie nods and smiles shyly enjoying knowing that he wanted to be sure that she was safe much like she wanted to make the same thing for him. She walks beside Greg not sure what to say to the guy who was helping Raphael out.

Greg opened the door to his place, it was a small house 2 bedroom 2 baths. It really wasn't much compared to Jackie's house, he lays Raph down on a bed in the guest room. Raph was drifting off, but he didn't allow himself to sleep just yet "Jackie can you stay in the same room as me?"

"Of course. I will stay right here." Jackie promises sitting on a chair smiling at Raph. She blushes a bit to know she would pretty much do anything he asked but not worry about him if it was in her power and ability to do so. It didn't seem to bother Jackie at all the relative smallness of the house. In fact, her earliest memory was of a house as small as this one.

Raph rolled onto his side, "that's not what I meant, I meant can you lay down beside me I understand if you don't want to." His eyes already closed, he was asleep by the time he finished his sentence. That's how tired he was just to drift off by the time he finished what he was saying.

Jackie blushes and stood up biting her lip softly but got into the bed laying next to Raphael. Being this close to him allowed her the advantage of studying his features up close. She wanted to touch his face but refrained knowing he needed his rest and settled for doing as she had been and studied him. He had long eyelashes for a man. And as she admitted, he was handsome enough to send her heart racing. But it just wasn't his looks that were attractive. It was his heart and the way that despite being an assassin he only killed the guilty.

Raph's breathing was steady, he had a scar barely noticeable unless you got close to him. It was just starting above his right eyebrow, and ending under his eye. He had stubble barely seen because of how often he shaved it. His hair people thought it was black, but it was just a very dark brown.

Jackie saw the old scar curious where it came from and what his story entailed. Unable to stop herself, she rose a hand and softly trailed a finger the length of the scar glad that he didn't suffer from sight issues from it. It was cutting it close, but she didn't think he would make as good of an assassin if he didn't have perfect vision. She then studies his dark brown hair becoming comfortable near his warmth her eyes drooping themselves. She curled herself instinctively to him and closed her eyes drifting to a light sleep first, and whatever noise was made would be registered in her ears jolting her awake.
