The first post I see on that (could be different by now) is Testing. However, this is a post I'm not able to see, as it's not in a public board. I probably shouldn't be able to see that you posted in there, just in case you ever post in a topic with a more sensitive title.

I need to write some sort of central abstraction around scoping/filtering issues like this.

Both the Latest Posts sidebar and user profile posts also show "Deleted" topics/posts.
