A True Partnership — Roleplayer Guild

Hi There,

Usual stuff about disappearing without telling me blah blah.

I'm Penny and I want to do an RP. Not just any RP though, a fully collaborative world building experience. I consider myself an advanced writer and one of the goals of this is to hone my writing style. 

All that said, this is what I expect:

2-3 replies a week. I myself am most active during the week and slack off on the weekends.
Play multiple characters and create NPCS.
OOC discussion as to the direction of the plot, NPCs ect.
Be 18+ I dont want to pull any punches.

Potential Plots

I've always wanted to do a stripped down, (wo)man on the street version of Star Wars. In this plot we would play rebels with a lower case R starting armed resistance against the Empire. I expect it to be violent, bloody and soul destroying. Particular details are debatable and it will occur on a non cannon world we will create through storytelling.

There have been a number of attempts I've seen to run a good Occult Detective Agency game. Unfortunately these have always failed, largely by having too many characters and the fact that mysteries are hard to run with a group.

In this plot we would play the employees of a small occult detective agency working in a major US city. The standard urban fantasy tropes of a hidden magical world will apply, with mortals being only incidentally and unfortunately aware. Power level of characters will be fairly low and we will have to use our know how and lore to survive much more dangerous opposition. I expect personal as well as professional lives to be a major player here.
