Colin:2 -Very Capable mechanic, well practiced on rundown and dilapidated vehicles. Crafty mind allows him to build something from nothing (Macgyvering, soda cans to fix a transporter, duct tape to get the warp drive up and running)
Hound 2- Trained attack dog in a commando mercenary unit, also knows many tools used in Spaceship engineering by sight and name.
Appearance: Colin
Bright blue Eyes and a scruffy red blond beard. An intense stare that easily relaxes, crows feet at the corners even at a young age. Wiry in his build with rough calloused hands.
Hound
Personality: Colin is friendly and light hearted. He tries to see the good in most people but knows that everyone has their own agenda. He loves a good challenge and looks at the inner workings of a ship or vehicle like a sculptor at marble. He is filled with wanderlust and is interested in other people’s stories and craves scenic vistas and sprawling cities. He loves to try other alien species cuisine. He loves no one more than he loves Hound, they are best friends and brothers.Colin dislikes war and what it does to the people caught in the middle, he wants to help the common man whenever he can.
Hound is indifferent to most things. He takes life easy. He enjoys a soft bed, the drone of a ship, chin scratches and the occasional hunt for ship vermin. He loves nothing more than Colin, they are best friends and brothers and will protect him with his life. He dislikes small pets, and people invading his personal space without Colin’s introduction.
Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:
( 2 )(Colin’s Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering); Very knowledgeable of a ships internal workings, can get a rundown junker up and running, can rewire an old hoverskiff's battery to last you another couple days, able to sabotage a ships weaponry to freeze up while the shields are active, can get a ship to give you every last ounce of her speed.

History: Colin grew up in a small farming colony on Wiklow. Wiklow is situated on an ever-changing frontline between two factions. The United Flotilla of Independent Stations, which was a unification of several space stations that strove for independence from the corporations that funded the development and construction of those stations. Belocorp,which funded the stations and taxed it’s residents, wanted to protect its investments. Wiklow found itself on their frontlines. When Colin was born The UFIS had set up supply depot’s. By 5, Belocorp had retaken the planet and started stripping resources, by 12 his family had to move because their home was destroyed by falling debris while UFIS attacked Belocorp blockade ships. By 16, Colins father died defending his family from Belocorp thugs. By 17, his mother was a casualty in a UFIS terrorist attack. By 22, he was put in a Belocorp refugee camp. This is where he learned to work on ships, electronics, and engines bu a collection of old refugees he deemed the Grandpa’s. By 25 Belocorp and UFIS reached a peace agreement, moved on and left their ruined battlefield behind.
While scavenging in the ruins of a city one night, Colin witnessed some children lobbing rocks into a crater. Each rock was accompanied by a yelp. Colin saw a dog, emaciated, and covered in dried blood and mud. He was one of the dogs used by the Belocorp thugs to control crowds. Its trademark titanium teeth, weakly snarled at the children. Colin chased them away, he could see that the dog had been scrabbling at the walls of the crater, but its steep walls had trapped him. Colin tied his rope to a derelict tank and lowered his way into the crater. The dog shied from Colin, but he stayed with him all night to gain his trust. What was once a tool of his oppressors was now staring at him in the moons light. Colin nodded off but awoke at dawn with the dog sleeping in his lap. His bulletproof vest was torn, what once read “ Belocorp Hound of War”, now just read Hound. A suitable name. Colin and Hound climbed out of that crater and stayed by eachothers side’s since. Colin saved up enough credits to gain passage on a cargo ship to Frixiom Prime, hiding Hound in an engine room the whole time. Now they are on Frixiom seeking employment on a ship that allows dogs.
