Shiloh lived a rather frantic life. With her father in the military, her family moved around a lot, never sticking around in one place for more than a few months. It wasn't until the death of her mother due to a car crash that everything... stopped. Her father and she settled down and Shiloh was forced to... take roots. Still reeling from the death of her mother, she had a hard time understanding how her father could inform her only 1 year later that he was getting re-married. This started her on the path of distancing herself.
She drank, did drugs, and partied for 3 solid years until she started getting into parkour at 16. It was something she'd been dabbling with over the years but it wasn't until she started getting really into it that she found something to focus her energy on. It took time but she managed to bring herself down from her 'Wild Times', even though she was still distant from her father and still despised her step mother.
Shiloh found the Death Note on her 17th birthday after it showed up on her doorstep. She has had it ever since, and only uses it every now and then to rid the world of one criminal at a time, whenever she was in a mood.

Sharp bones protrude from his neck and the rest of his body is covered by a simple yet tasteful suit. His hands look like a normal humans except a colorless black color with normal nails that can extend into sharp talons.

Kai's background is unknown. He just appeared in the Shinigami realm one day and doesn't talk about his past. He's even stated that he has no memory of it but there's a good chance he's lying. He's very loud and boisterous, oozing confidence and a type of sauve charm as if nothing in the world manners to him. Proven to be a jokester and prankster, his outlook towards humans is that they're nothing more than toys for him to play with. HOWEVER, he has seemed to have taken an interesting in Shiloh considering he'd purposely left his Death Note outside her house. But, his intentions or otherwise unknown.
