Rimeth found herself in a cage and she didnt know anymore how she got there. She looked around and tried to think. She felt fuzzy in her head and her normal sight, which was better than a human's, was blurry. She revered little pieces from what happened. "Pointy ears is awake, shall I give her another dose?" A male's voice. She remembered that voice but before she could think again, she felt a soft sting and her mind became more blurry, she tried to fight the sleep she felt but couldn't.

Several hours, or maybe even a day later, Rimeth woke up again. This time she didn't feel blurry anymore and she looked around. "A human market.. But how?" She asked herself, she looked at herself and saw that her clothes where thorn. "I've fought.. But how did I get here?" She asked herself again. She saw men look at her, some with greedy eyes, others had their intentions masked. She looked to the other side and saw females standing on a podium. "Slaves... this is.. this is a slave market!" She suddenly exclaimed in her own language. She sat down on the bottom of her wooden cage and started to think.

Much time Rimeth didn't have, her cage was opened and her wrists got cuffed, with a harsh movement she got pulled out the cage. "And now, the best for last! She was a fighter but proudly we present to you, a elf!" A male said. Rimeth looked at him and cursed in her language. "Oh that didn't sound nice, now I don't know elf but who cares? She will be great as a slave, we start the bidding on 100 gold pieces!" He said. Rimeth knew a little from the human world and she knew 100 gold pieces is quite some.

Kyoya was amongst himself alone while the bidding did he notice the elf. He figured she couldn't be any more older than a teenager. He was thinking of a way to help free her finding her rather attractive. 'I don't know how..but this is not right.' He thought to himself while he saw her struggle and knew the only way to free her was to join as much as he had other plans and errands he could have been doing in town. "150 gold pieces!" He exclaimed to see who else was interested in her while he used his eyes to look around.

Rimeth and the Merchant both looked quote surprised. The merchant looked around. "I have 150 gold pieces, does someone bit more?" He asked. Rimeth looked at the male that had bid on her, she frowned and kept struggling to get free. She the got hit in her face by the guard and she looked shocked. The young elf knew how to speak the human language but instead of doing that, she cursed at him in her own language. "Once 150... twice 150... this is your last chance.... Sold! To the male here in the front" the merchant said. Rimeth was brought of the small stage and two guards walked with her to her buyer. "If you can pay right now, please do or else follow us to the office of the boss" the guard said. Rimeth didn't say anything and didn't look at any of the men.

Kyoya saw this and he knew he was able to pay her price while he looked at her surprise and walked up to her and swiftly took out 150 gold pieces exactly in his hand while he looked at the guards. "I pay as agreed..As much as we don't want a fuss here." He said knowing he could handle himself while keeping things peaceful but made sure he was no one to mess with.

The guards counted the pieces and once they nodded to each other, they gave this man the elf. "She is a feisty one, so you need to have quite some power" one of them said. Rimeth refused to look at the male and kept looking at the sky. She had learned her whole life that looking at the ground was a way of surrendering en she was not going to do that.

He gently too the elf and looked at her as he did notice she had a little damage to her like she had attempted to run away before being caught. He gently took her hand nodding and walked off and when he was out of earshot from the guards he looked down at her noting the obvious height difference. "What happened?" He asked her.

Rimeth frowned as he took her by a hand, she wanted to pull back but knew that if she would, the guards would probably assist him with some of that weird stuff that made her sleep. She followed the male and kept looking away from him, when he talked to her she looked at him. She was thinking about what to do... Should she talk to him? And do so, in his language.. She sighed and knew it probably was best if she cooperated a little. ''I don't know.. It is a big blur.. I remember.. going on a hunt with some of my relatives.. and then I woke up in a cage...'' she said, her voice was soft and he could hear that the human language was something she was still learning. She then looked up at him and frowned. ''Don't think I'll do anything for you now that you bought me... You can slap me, and torture me what ever you want but I will not be your slave'' she said, her feisty nature coming up.

He looked at her blue eyes and yellow hair smiling seeing she was a beauty but she would need to be cleaned up in order to fully see it upon hearing her words and figuring she was still learning the human language while looking at her. "I guess you got caught in a trap. And they brought you here. And besides i brought you because someone else worse than me would have brought you and I'll be treating you equally." He said seriously looking at her surprised she would think of him as a mindless owner with brute as he was one of understanding and compassion while walking her to his home.

Rimeth looked at him and then looked away again. ''Equality is something everyone sees different..'' she whispered and fiddled with the bands that held her hand together, she sighed and looked up when they stopped in front of a house. The house was rather large and looked quite luxe. Rimeth's eyes widens and she was in aw on how it looked. ''Impressive..'' she said and looked at the male. I wonder why he bought me.. and how he plans on treating me equally.. she thought and waited for him to choose what they were gonna do. She wondered what she would get to wear, she hoped not some dress from a human. She looked at the females that were walking on the streets, some dressed very fancy and some very simple. She raised an eyebrow on both type of dresses.

''What you gonna.. ehm..'' she started say and couldn't find the word. She pointed to the females and then herself, she hoped that he would understand that she was asking him what he was gonna dress her with.

Kyoya looked at her and then at the females around him as he nodded blushing softly at her before he would open his house door and walked in with her. "I'll dress you like everyone else..Equal to me." He said and undid the blinds to her hands and looked at her. "I'll get you a dress and then you can clean up..knowing what you have been through." He said heading upstairs to the guest room and obtained a clean dress.

Rimeth listened to him and she couldn't hide the disgust on her face when he said he would dress her like the other females. She still didn't know exactly which type of women was 'equal' to him but she feared for the worst. She looked at him when he took of the blinds and walked away. She looked around and saw a few maids and a butler walk around, they eyes her up and she turned her head the other side. She sighed, she knew she was a slave for this man but, maybe she could earn her freedom by working for him? She sighed, she would have to learn more about the human language to tell him that.

He got a dress with the intent to not only highlight her beauty but also to make her feel free while he came down and looked at her and seen the disgust on her face while he looked at her. "You don't like it? What dress would suit you?" He asked her wanting to make her comfortable while getting her opinion as he looked at her hoping she would try it at least.

Rimeth looked at the dress, it was a creme white and looked not very fancy but also not simple. She shrugged and held out her hand, she could try. ''I can.. try'' she said and sighed. ''My type... is not found in human... ehm.. store?'' she said, the last word was more of a question. She didn't know exactly if she used the right word, she had always been sneaking around her father when he was talking with humans, so she did pick up some words and of course she had nagged her other relatives to teach her. She was waiting now for him to show her a place where she could change her clothes.

"Hmm so unique to your kind then? That's fine..Maybe I'll find something of your like one day." He said while he looked at her hands and gently gave her the dress, it wasn't as flashy like the other dresses they had seen as he was more of a laid back type with clothes while looking at her. "There is a room upstairs you can change into and see yourself in the mirror." He said going to show her the guest room.

Rimeth listened to him and didn't know what to say. Her kind? She knew she was different but then again, everyone was different. She sighed and didn't try to understand what he meant. She followed him and once they were at the room, she walked inside and closed the door in front of him, before she closed it, she looked at him. ''T..Thank you..'' she whispered.

Once alone in the room, she looked around. It was nothing like what she was used too.. The bed was, square? She didn't know but shook her head and then looked around more. She saw a table with a mirror and all kind of products. Look's like items to make yourself pretty.. why would they want that? she thought and then looked at the rest of the room. A window, she walked to it and saw a nice garden, well maintained and a male inside it that was watering some plants. Mother nature can take care of herself... she thought. She closed the curtains and checked the rest of the room. Then, when she had checked everything and knew it was safe, she started to undress herself from her thorn clothes and put on the dress. She looked at herself in the mirror above the small table. It sure was something she liked more now she was wearing it. She looked at the items on the small table with the mirror and took what looked like a brush. She brushed her hair and redid her hair, the way it was but more neat.

Once finished, she walked outside the room, to find the male that bought her still in front of it. ''I.. like it'' she said and suddenly it occurred to her that they never exchanged their names. She looked down as she didn't know if he actually wanted to know her name, so she kept quiet.

Kyoya looked at her when she came out and what he saw stunned him to say the least. Seeing her hair done and the way the dress hugged her body as if she had belonged in that dress as much as she did not at first like it. Hearing her say that she liked it made him smile while he looked at her and gently brought her head up so she was at eye level with him. "I'm glad you like it. I don't know your name so i will tell you mine. It's Kyoya." He said with a blush on his cheeks and gently removed his hand from underneath her chin.

''Kyoya.. so unusual..'' Rimeth said and smiled softly. She looked at him and she herself had too, a blush on her cheeks. She looked at the male in front of her and on that moment, she made the decision to trust him. ''Rimeth.. My name, is Rimeth'' she said softly. She looked around the house. ''It's so big..'' she said, her culture was totally different that his, that she knew, in her culture a big house ment a big family. ''You have a big family?'' she asked and looked at him with curious eyes.

He smiled at her and seeing her blush and look at him upon hearing her name he knew he had earned her trust while smiling at her. "I do but they are not here. My mother had just delievered twins so my sister is staying with her until she recovers. I plan on staying here for the time being...she didn't want this house so she gave it to me." He said looking at her seeing the curiosity in her eyes smiling at her.

Rimeth listened to what he said, and when he said something about delivery and twins, she understood that his mother just had two children. It was rare to have two at once and she smiled. She looked around and then back at Kyoya. She didn't know what to say or do now, she wasn't used to being in dept with someone as her people were totally different that this. ''I.. Eh..'' she thought about it and suddenly had a idea. She made a sign of paper and a pen by using her finger to draw on her hand. ''ehm.. A pap.. paper?'' she asked and this language bridge was sucking quite some energy from her.

He saw what she needed from her hands and nodded. "Of course. Pen and paper." He said going to his study and got some paper and pen for her before giving it to her while he saw her listen quite well but he hoped she was liking him so far at least since he was proving to be different than most males. "Anything else Rimeth?" He asked her.
