I have decided to try again and search for roleplayers again even though part of me considered taking a step back to think it over.
Here's a little bit of roleplay info about me in terms of experience. I have been roleplaying for 9 years since to my days in high school. I had some success but after most misses and some successes I'm trying to aim for more hits than misses.

Post expectations: Beginner to adept
Posting speed: daily to weekly
The posting expectation level is adept even though I don’t mind beginner at all. One to two paragraphs is a good minimum. I will try to be on in order to reply similar to the timetable I am asking for while remaining flexible.
I have decided to bring experience from the ones I am engaging with and now willing to try again.
