Personality: Nine is kind of a loner. At first meeting, Nine is skittish and shy. He will rarely talk to new people, unless they talk to him first, but even that is rare. He is willing to help those in need, and he is smart. Once Nine gets used to someone, he will be friendly and out-going. Nine has a even temperament and he would not hurt anything, unless it was to save those he cares for.
Biography: He was created in a lab by the famous scientist, Dr. Narasu. Nine was created to help fight crime and bring world peace. He was even given powers to do so. After Nine was finished by created, Dr. Narasu released Nine from his container in the lab. The scientist taught Nine about the world, and the beings living in it. About a year after Nine's creation, the lab caught on fire due to Dr. Narasu experimenting with a new energy. Nine was knocked out in the blast, and when he woke up, he had minor burns and the lab was burned to the ground. Of course, Dr. Narasu's body was found by Nine in the rubble after Nine went searching for him. Orphaned now, Nine set out to what he was created to do. Fight crime.
Powers: His powers consists of fire and ice control, flight, the ability to shift between his two forms at will and the ability to run at the speed of sound.
