Crouched against a pillar, Baltimore's head bobbed up as Malachi warned against her trotting away in that direction. She clutched her Moloko rifle tightly, finger readied on the trigger. There were still more enemies to vanquish, and now that she was in another party big enough to take down an opposition like this, she had thought the others wanted to drive them back as much as possible. Experience showed that fleeing could lead to otherwise avoidable pursuance, especially if the opposing party was larger than it seemed. Surely someone like Malachi was aware of that - but Baltimore said nothing of it.

Grendel followed behind her, also halting when Malachi suggested taking the other route. However she dismissed Malachi's order and requested for Baltimore's help instead. The Siren shook her tattooed wrist before nodding to the cyborg woman.

Now that the gunfire had slowed down, she rose to her feet. With a deep breath, she sharply swiped her wrist across the air a second time. The previous translucent wall sunk to the ground, and resurrected before her in its new position. After the maneuver, Baltimore immediately scampered off backwards towards Malachi, her rifle held readied against her chest, eyes flicking back and forth between him and Grendel. Waiting for the next order.

Doctor Rigger Mortez sighed, approaching Room 1134, Building 00837. "Bloody hell..." he muttered as he heard gunshots. "I'll be damned if this isn't the right place... but I had to miss the fun part..." he said, his posh British accent slurring a bit in his disappointment. Before he dared walk in, he pulled his assault rifle off of its holster slung across his back.
Bullets? Check. Plenty of 'Health Now!'? Check. Saftey off? Pfft, the safety is never on.
As Riggs, as his friends call him, walked in, he took a deep whiff of the air. His nostrils were met with the scent of gun smoke and fresh blood, his two favorite smells. He saw something alike that of a standoff ahead of him. Dahl soldiers facing towards the other side of him, aiming at a rather ragtag group of gunslingers, Vault Hunters if he had ever seen any.
Riggs cleared his throat loudly, and fired a few shots into the air to accent his point. "Alright, gentlemen, women, and assorted machines, listen up because the doctor is in!" He shouted, dropping down the faceplate of his mask. "Who the hell am I supposed to be shooting?" He asked, leveling his rifle, and scanning the room with it.
