► Connor is steadfast in his decision making and will always look to make decisions that benefit the many instead of the few. He is a trusting person and will speak to people with dignity and respect. Where other officers are nigh-on aggressive with how they deal with suspects, Connor will try to humanise himself to get them to surrender themselves. However certain criminals of the lowest order such as child molesters, are often spared this softer side and receive a much more aggressive Connor. In these instances he can be brutal and will push the limits of his powers to inflict as much pain on them as possible. He finds it extremely difficult to be around such people after being subjected to particularly graphic imagery during investigations.

► Connor grew up with a standard family having two parents and a younger brother, never wanting for anything. From a young age Connor wanted to be a police officer after being addicted to any and every police movie and TV series he came across. Upon finishing school he immediately enrolled and eventually became a police officer. At first he started as a beat cop in his small home town of Old Oak, located half hours drive away from Raccoon City. After several high profile convictions he was offered a promotion to Sergeant within the Raccoon City Police Department with a vastly increased salary. It was a no brainer given the commute to work was only an hour in even the worse traffic. So he readily accepted. After a couple more years he eventually became a detective and deals with the more extreme and graphic crimes that plague Raccoon City.
He met his wife Arianna at eighteen and the pair had their first child at 20. Two years later the second followed and for the next six years things were perfect. It was when Connor became a detective that the relationship became difficult. Extremely long hours and missed holidays made the relationship almost impossible to continue and as such the pair decided to split. It was entirely amicable and they are still on good terms. Arianna continues to live in Old Oak while Connor now resides in Raccoon City. He see's his children whenever he can which tends to be on weekends.

Born to a mother from the North and the fletcher responsible directly to Lord Edwyn, Robert had a pretty rough start to life. His mother died during childbirth and his early months were rought with illness. Lord Edwyn’s personal maester predicted Robert would not reach his first birthday but the God’s shined their light over Robert.
He grew learning his fathers art. The fletcher known as Allyn Cadogan was a master of his craft and his intention was to pass it on to his only son. Initial struggles by the youngster were further amplified by his want to be out rather than working. Even so, the young boy soon revealed an inherited talent.
During his twelfth year Lord Edwyn had guests from a House he was trying to build bonds with. Having a good relationship with Allyn he offered to take Robert hunting. Allyn’s initial judgement was to turn down the offer, but Robert convinced him otherwise.
The hunt went well initially, Lord Edwyn taking down a buck that drew close to a horse in size. However Lord Edwyn and Robert soon found themselves separated from the hunting party as they entered thick woodland. Out of seemingly nowhere a large boar charge Lord Edwyn, his horse bucking the Lord of House Landry to the floor. With an injured leg and shoulder Lord Edwyn could do little more than try to crawl to safety. The boar rounded a tree before turning to charge the Lord. As it closed Robert rushed to the Lords fallen bow and picked it up. He quickly botched an arrow and let it loose. The arrow hit its mark perfectly, dropping the boar to the floor. Lord Edwyn broke into laughter while Robert simply stared at the weapon in his hands.
He had never fired a bow until that moment but Lord Edwyn saw to it that Robert had all the practise he could want. While Allyn was frustrated his son was not focussing his fletching skills, he couldn’t argue with his son spending time with the Lord.
As Robert grew older so did Lord Edwyn’s own children. This meant that the Lord had less and less time to spend with Robert. He still cared for the boy but ultimately he had to focus most of his time on the future generation of his house. As a result Robert started to take his natural talent with a bow into the woods. A few times a week he snuck off the try harder and harder shots until he developed his talent to become one of the most effective bowmen, not just in the Riverlands, but in the entire of Westeros.
During his twentieth year he discovered that his father had fallen into mountains of debt to a nobleman. A small loan had grown excessively with the high rates of interest, leaving his father with no hope of ever paying it off. Constant threats of violence at lack of payment terrified Allyn. He had seen what the nobleman had done to other villagers, to the point that many in the village had become destitute. Unfortunately Lord Edwyn was unaware of the situation, busy playing the games that Lords had to. That meant Robert decided to take action himself.
Under the cover of darkness he waited along a dark road, patiently waiting for the noblemans wagon to pass through. However it wasn’t the nobleman he was after, it was his coin. With ruthless efficiency the lightly guarded caravan was soon left with no protection. Robert had left several bodies but not a single coin. For several days he kept the money stashed away in a secret location, before providing his father with enough to clear his debt. He claimed it was savings since his early years and fortunately the lie was good enough for his father to believe him.
In the days that followed Robert sat back and watched his fellow villagers and the way they lived. He couldn’t stand to see those he had grown up around suffer and so began the myth of The Revenant.
The Revenant is the name given to Robert by those on the end of his thievery. Appearing from nowhere like a demonic shadow leaving nothing alive in its wake. While the dramatic retelling of the events made Robert laugh, nobody had any idea that he was stealing coin from caravans and leaving coin on his neighbours doorsteps.
He has continued his good work to the present day. He has avoided capture and his identity is still secret. His radius of operation has extended beyond his village to those near him. He is a demon to the rich and a saviour to the poor.
Personality: Those who meet Robert are often greeted with a smile. He is often easy going and enjoys exchanging banter and jibes with others. Even during times of high stress or trauma he can often be found trying to lighten the mood.
His sarcastic nature is one of his defining features that those who know him have learned to love. However those who don’t know him don’t always react the best to his sarcasm.
He isn’t a noble in any respects and has a dislike for the rich in the world. The only exception is Lord Edwyn who he has a lot of respect for. He would fight for the Lord if needed as he would for anyone he cares for.
While not a conscious decision Robert takes in his surroundings very well. He can spot people acting strange in a crowd and the quickest exit when inside. It’s just something he started doing subconsciously soon after he began his life of looking after the poor.

Height: 6'1" Weight: 215lbs Body Type: Slender but heavily toned Robert is agile and deceptively strong. Eye Color: Light Blue Hair Color: Black Skin Tone: Pale Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: No visible scars or tattoos but wears a single earring that once belonged to his mother. Personal Style: His day to day attire is often clothes that provide the freedom of movement and protection needed while creating bows and arrows.
When dressed casually he tends to wear darker tones and clothes that allow him to retain his free movement should he need to move quickly.
When in his role as The Revenant he wears a leather jerkin and hood. He paints his face to ensure his identity remains hidden and to further sell the story of The Revenant as being an otherworldly being.
Highly agile and quick
Very good with animals
Strong survival skills including treating injuries in the wild
Is one of the most accurate bowmen in Westeros whether static, on horseback or in combat
Can make effective use of his bow in close combat in unison with his knife
Traverses terrain effectively and efficiently to get the upper hand
Mount and Crow:Shadow and Wight are Roberts horse and crow. Shadow has been Robs horse since his twenty first year while Wight is a crow. The bond between Robert and the crow is strange and the man doesn’t know why the crow sticks around. However the small bird has shown intelligence equal to large birds of prey.
Bow:The Scythe is a short bow that Robert crafted himself. It’s designed to allow Robert to notch and fire arrows quickly while being sturdy enough so that it can survive a hit to a persons head. He utilises various heads on his arrows, switching between them depending on the opponent he faces.
Dagger:Wolfbite is fairly large dagger that appears to be made from a stone rather than metal. It’s deep black blade is terrifyingly sharp and exceptionally strong.
Monster Hunter - Through highly tuned skills with a bow, Robert has been a successful hunters of monsters big and small. Whether it is tracking down a gang of bandits or dispatching a towering troll, he is ready for whatever opportunity presents itself.
At a fairly slender looking 6'1", Robert has a frame that from a distance looks to be particularly thin. However, up close it is clear that there is in fact a dense musculature to his body. His muscles are finely toned in such a way that he clearly has a strength that outweighs his appearance. In terms of his mark, it is located on his right ring finger. He often wears a ring over it to keep the fact he has a mark hidden.
Fresh air and being out in nature are a preference of his. Greenery over city streets every time.
He enjoys companionship whether it be the company of other humans, elves or animals. His pet direwolf, Arcturus, follows him wherever he goes.
Meat for dinner is always a winner. A new notion spreading throughout the lands of forgoing meat in a diet for one consisting solely of vegetables is not for Robert.
A hearty drink from time to time is always welcome.
Stargazing is something else he enjoys to do. He isn't knowledgeable of what each constellation is but he does like to just take a seat and look up at the night sky from time to time.
Cocky people who spend way too much time talking about how good or rich they are.
Those who look down at others just because they are different or have less wealth.
Give us a decent amount of detail here – who are they? What do they value? How do they treat other people? At least two paragraphs.
To have saved as many families from monsters as he possibly could while having a family of his own.
This is the big one. At least a few paragraphs about their general history, life story, and how they’ve come to participate in the Festival of Destiny. You can feel free to worldbuild here: if your character is the prince of the underground kingdom of the dwarves, then there’s an underground kingdom of the dwarves, or there’s a small town called such and such, or a distant island nation of so and so, or this kind of monster or this kind of magic and so on and so on. Feel free to collaborate with other players when worldbuilding as well! If you're unsure about something, feel free to ask me.
1. What is their worst specific memory from childhood?
Apart from the death of his mother at the hands a rampaging Troll it was the persistent bullying at an early age for being marked.
2. What do they think of being Marked? Do they believe in it? Have they come to the festival in search of love, or for some other reason?
His early life was made difficult by bullies and so he often sees the the mark as a negative. His reason for the being at the festival is more for business that it is for pleasure.
3. Spirit animal?
His spirit animal is the Eagle.
4. Thing they’re most proud of?
Through years of practise he has become one of the most accurate marksmen to walk the lands.
5. Thing they’re most ashamed of?
While learning his craft in the usage of a bow, he got overly confident too early and mistakenly hit an elderly lady with an arrow. Fortunately she survived but it tempered any sense of cockiness in his talent.
6. What motivates them?
Due to the unfortunate events with his mother he decided to become a monster hunter. He hopes to prevent other families having to endure a loss like he did.
7. What would they change about themselves if they could?
He would have the mark removed before all else.
8. What’s most important in a romantic partner?
Anyone who says looks don't play a part is a liar, but ultimately he would like to be with someone who he can have good banter with and just feel entirely comfortable around. Someone that makes the conversation flow naturally and just makes him feel happy. The ability to hit a Troll in the eye with an arrow at fifty metres would be a bonus.
