I should leave a sign-up sheet behind for Jones, since I'll be using him in almost every situation if anything's needed.

* Age/Gender: 33/Male

* Appearance: Jones is an officer of average weight with short brown spiky hair that spikes upwards. He tends to wear the PD uniform a lot of the time, which consists of a teal blue shirt with a dark blue necktie, with his rank and name on his arm. Finally, his pants are a dark grey, supported by a leather belt.

* Personality: Jones is a generally easygoing officer who cares about his colleagues, despite being on the force for a number of years. His hobbies usually consist of fishing and hiking, but he always puts his work ahead of his pursuits in life. He was once a mere small-time officer like Ramirez, but has managed to earn himself a promotion and become a full-time detective. Although he has a fear of being demoted whenever King gets upset, he does his best to keep King happy and out of his way. He's also not afraid of getting angry at the higher-ups, but is terrible at lying to them.

* Strengths:
Good: (Logic) Jones is relatively good at piecing pieces of the crime together, especially during killer confrontations, but is only average at coming to conclusions outside of them.
Great: (Sympathy) Jones is very good at being sympathetic when it comes to questioning witnesses who don't deserve any wrath. They're more likely to give him a lead or some sort of information without having to be pressed too far.

* Weaknesses:
Bad: (Lying/Bluffing) Jones is alright at telling lies, but falls flat when it comes to bluffing to the higher ups, especially if the person he's trying to lie to carries some financial importance.
Awful: (Temper) Jones tends to get carried away with grudges on some people at times, especially when it came to Tony Marconi. If someone who's against the law slips away a couple of times, Jones tends to start seeing it as if that person's responsible for everything.

* Preferred Method of Interrogation: Jones will usually act serious when it comes to questioning people, but will get angry and forceful if someone lies to him. Whenever he gets angry, people who initially lied to him tend to lose their cool and will give him what he needs, but people who manage to stand their ground are immune from his anger.

* Appearance: A decent build, he usually goes around in business casual clothing around the office. Although when out on the field, he wears a gray trench coat and shades, not really flinching. He has black hair, an eerily pale white skin tone, and blue eyes that heavily stick out.

* Personality: An extremely straightforward person, despite being known as one of the more kind officers in the station. He never beats around the bush, and is willing to blatantly make his points if pushed to the point of breaking. Despite this, he isn't the type to be unnecessarily cruel. the guy still has a heart, after all.

* Strengths: Good: Analyzing. He has a few years of Forensics Knowledge under his hat, and can easily piece parts of a crime scene together if forensics is taking their sweet old time.
Better: Interrogating. He knows exactly what to say to a witness to make them crack and will be able to corner them with relative ease with his officers.
Best: Deductions. Being a master of deduction is why he's been a detective for so long, stringing together theories with relative ease.

* Weaknesses: Bad: Desperation. If necessary, he will go to lying or flat out fabricating evidence in order to cover for his own mistakes. Almost as if he's.. fearful of something.
Awful: Fear. He'll freeze up during intense moments or crucial ones and can very easily be thrown off of his train of thought if something traumatic happens to him.

* Preferred Method of Interrogation: He is the type who usually attempts to remain neutral, taking each account and either reinforcing them or breaking them to bits and pieces. However...if a case gets desperate, he will get much more harsh, especially if the case involves something regarding corruption.

* Preferred Mode of Transportation: He sometimes takes a bus and other times he just flat out walks to crime scenes. He never takes a car unless it's a life or death situation, really.

Jackson wears sunglasses both inside and outside along with a black trench coat and a white dress shirt. No tie, so he can't be grabbed by it. He wears black gloves and tanned slacks along with black shiny dress shoes. Open carry revolver on his hip that is ingraved with japanese letterring that says, "殺そうとしている". He rarely smiles and looks serious about 99% of the time. He only relaxes himself around people he's familiar with.

Jackson is an ex-traffic cop turned Detective recently, due to him testifying in a case where he witnessed his own wife get run over and killed. He has only one son that he rarely sees anymore due to his newfound job/passion and the fact that his son is training in some sort of secret FBI program. He believes that somehow, somewhere, his wife is with him at all times. This keeps him going through every case that he's assigned to. Jackson believes that his life outside of his job is insanely boring, so he ever so rarely leaves his office outside of the field.

Detective Jackson is a very smart and quiet person. He takes his time to take apart every situtation in his head just so he can put all of the pieces down where they need to be. His stunning intellect is his number one weapon in the fight, next to his revolver that he has open carry on his hip at all times. Even though Jackson likes to be quiet, he can be a scary cop when he needs to be. He's not afraid to shout and threaten others if he believes that is the only way.

1 - Better - Very intelligent: Jackson has a knack for using logic and thinking the hardest even in the most impossible situations. Give him some time, and he can find a solution.
2 - Good - He's trained very well in firearm practice. He can shoot pretty good with his revolver, and thanks to his good luck through his japanese ingravings, he's given a small bonus in accuracy.

1 - Awful - Slow: As well as he can use his brain, he isn't good on a time limit. He absolutely NEEDS time to think if he's gonna solve a mystery of some sort. He's not fit for a dangerous situation where he needs to think fast, but given enough time, he's better than the most.
2 - Bad - Bad at Unarmed/Melee combat: He can use a gun pretty good, but he's a little weak when it comes to the punches. Not that he can't dodge or block a few, he just can't throw a punch or swing a bat to save his life. This is why he always has his gun on him at all times. Without it, he just doesn't feel safe enough.

The latter, kinda. Jackson is a smart and well behaved person, so if he wants something out of someone, he's gonna do it by proving that they have something to hide. He won't scream or shout if neccessary, but he will stop at nothing to prove that you're lying if he believes that you are.

Train, walking, and biking are Jackson's only modes of transportation that he'll accept when he just wants to go somewhere. If he needs to chase down a criminal, and if there isn't any other option, he has a drivers license just in case. He doesn't normally like cars anymore due to what happened with his wife, but he will stop at nothing to prevent any further deaths from a crazy driver.

Jackson was a traffic cop for 5 years, and has been a detective for a year now.
