Unlike most of the rank and file and even Shor and his men, these guards seem very professional. Using your real world knowledge, Shor and his men are FBI, these guards are more like CIA. They seem to know exactly what they found and have a vested interest in making sure no one else gets involved. Whether that's a good or a bad thing, you can't tell, but you definitely know they know what they're doing.
