Yeah, Atlas is the kind of father who always criticizes people before he praises them, so it takes a toll on Cas ^^; That’s why he has some insecurities. He doesn’t know if his father is proud of him or not.

Also I’m getting some cleaning done this morning but I’ll get to work on a post after I’m done later!

No rush! I'm probably going to spend the rest of the afternoon working on my project and then going to bed early. I've got a friend coming to visit for the next week, so my posting speed will probably slow down for a while!

I can imagine! I feel like life is changing every day over here because of updates with the virus. I'm probably going to self quarantine to try to avoid catching it starting this weekend.

That does suck! A lot of people are losing jobs here too.

And for IC reference, Iris would have better luck trying to get Cas to leave by convincing him that it isn't as dangerous as he thinks (i.e: saying they won't be gone very long) or by getting him to be more agreeable by having a couple more drinks or even charming him into doing it cx

That would be tough! My husband works to support both of us while I'm still in school, and we're lucky that he can probably do a lot from home if he has to. I'm more concerned about what could happen if either of us catches it, because I have terrible lungs ^^; I've got a history of asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia.

And that's true! I'm a little envious of the people who get to stay home and not work during quarantine. I have to stay home and do projects that I'm also not paid for T_T

I'm definitely trying! I woke up with some shortness of breath this morning though, so I'm scheduled to see a doctor on Monday ^^; I don't think it's coronavirus because I don't have a cough or fever, but my doctor might tell me to get tested just in case.

That's good! Is your partner still working or is it paid time off?

I think that's all it is. For coronavirus, I've read in a lot of different articles that most people start out with a cough and fever and only get short breath when pneumonia is setting in. I only have the short breath, so it's probably just my seasonal asthma making its annual appearance. If my doctor tells me to get tested, I will though!

That makes sense. Most restaurants where I live have closed down until we get things under control. America is about 10 days behind Italy, so we're most likely going to be seeing a major spike in confirmed cases and overcrowding in hospitals soon.

Sure! I'm good with anything. If we skip ahead a little, I may skip over most of the next day. Cas would want to wait until after dark to sneak out with Iris :)

And that's how it is here still! The government is basically fighting against the people. They're trying to quarantine and close places down to prevent the virus from spreading, while a lot of people still don't think it's a big deal. Projections are showing that if we don't start taking it seriously, we'll see about two million deaths or more from this virus ^^; As someone who's high risk for pneumonia, I really want to see everyone start caring more about those of us who'll get hit harder than just a cold if we catch it.
