Apologies if this post looks like a mess. My brain feels like it's in a washer with options getting randomly selected. @_@

Whatever I play in, regardless of time or place or genre, fantasy should be involved somehow. Because life without it is frick'n boring. XD Also, I love injecting humor even if it's making my own characters trip over their own feet for the sake of the amusement of players and other characters involved. Even if I'm in a serious setting. Because laughter is healthy for the soul. Also also, I like to play characters with one or more unusual quirks. Breaking stereotype molds is fun. lol I can do romance, but would prefer to keep out of bedroom scenes. At least for now anyway.

I can play either gender, though I'll point out that for some odd reason I'm better at playing guys. My dude characters tend to be far more interesting. I'm a disgrace to my own gender as a chick in so many ways. lol

Possible Settings
-Supernatural type creatures living hidden in plain sight among humans in the modern world living the daily grind. (I tend to play shifter+ types in these and not typical ones. I love characters that have at LEAST one thing totally oddball about them.)

-An alchemy driven steampunk world in a pocket universe where the lost end up only do be held like creatures in a fantastically furnished zoo by the world's creation goddess who lies hidden like a shadow in the fabric of everything there. (I have more to this setting idea and would be happy to take it to a group level at some point with Mystery kinda driving it. However, I suck at writing conflict plots so the strategizing might have to come from someone smarter at that than me. :P)

-Perhaps something in medieval Japan? I would love to play a samurai (not big on playing a ninja, though I could associate with them). Maybe defend my Lord's daughter or something? I dunno. I've seen so much art of people playing in Feudal Japan RPs and have the basic cultural knowledge for it. But I haven't really gotten to do anything original in it. (Yes, I was a MASSIVE Inuyasha and Rurouni Kenshin fan. Also Samurai Deeper Kyo and Hakuoki.♥♥♥ Guys with long hair playing with swords are hot. XD)

-I have a couple of ideas of characters fleaing a plague in their part of the Fae Realms and ending up in some random other world after yeeting themselves out of the nearest portals with no destination goal save a different realm. Did the character escape the plague or did he/she contract it too? This plague can only be caught by other faefolk. Whether this is understood or not by those in the world they end up in is also a factor up in the air.

Hopefully, there's enough details here to help me find some folks to play with. Happily willing to answer questions and such.
