An alternate universe continuum of the Naruto world reimagined to encourage consistency and progressive world building upon the player's requests. This is an AU that retains the legends but not without twists and canon characters do not exist, except for Kaguya and her kin, as opposed to the canon, are human while the Bijuu will not be the animalistic creatures we refer in canon for in this continuum, they will be addressed as intelligent humanoid beings; gods, similar to the Japanese deities. The RP is set to take place in an era similar to the Meiji Restoration, exploring the end-times of the diminishing Shinobi world due to the hands of industrialization.

Kakumei is a reflection of our constantly changing society in real life, therefore, we are to echo these rewards and consequences of that life into this story's society. While this oozes the Boruto vibe, the RP will purely be steampunk contrary to the sudden growth of modern society and the technological growth of both Naruto and Boruto canon, the transition to the RP's version of the Meiji era is organic. This is a chance for you to also express your opinions regarding topics like tradition vs contemporary, manual vs automated, hard work vs talent, and religion vs science, etc.

I strive to make Kakumei as a Persistent World RP that deals with multiple events within the jurisdiction of the established verse, depending on the results. Truly, Konoha will always be the first staging ground, but we will grow past that boundary and explore other nations and unravel their situations regarding the industrial movement and how it affects them for this is an adventure RP. We are also going to experience shady plots like human trafficking, politics, revolts, and the criminal underworld.

This RP is catered to those who genuinely love the series despite its flaws, the writing etiquette will be casual, however, I do not welcome power gamers nor toxic fandom discussions pertaining to ships, and know-it-all critics; if you think your ability in the English language is too strong for such casual writing, then do not join, your feeble elitist mind is not needed. I welcome critical thinkers who are willing to help the weak, not all of us share the mastery of the English language nor the luxury of being born into one then let us sharpen each other.

I believe that a true Naruto RP community is a community that compensates each other's weaknesses and strengthen each other's strengths.

I thank my mentor, and friend friends for their continuous support and establishing the framework of this character-driven and story-driven RP.

Unknown to mankind, the Uzumaki clan is the oldest household of chakra-users in the world to exist as their roots have long been thriving since the Age of Gods. Children of taboo, the leader of the gods, Tamamo-no-Kurama guised constantly herself as a maiden and birthed the hanyou of her own image. It was not a surprise during the ancient era, where gods saw it fit to have sexual intercourse with humans. Partly one of the reasons why Princess Otsutsuki Kaguya grew fed-up of the gods' schemes and rebelled against them, taking the chakra fruit from the Godtree and disassociated her descendants from the gods. Kurama on the other hand saw Kaguya's actions as a sign of blasphemy and cursed her seeds to war against each other until the birth and gospel of Rikudo Sennin, the curse returned during Otsutsuki Indra's total separation of men from the gods. The Uzumaki remained faithful to Kurama and the gods.

The Uzumaki were constantly persecuted during the warring states era due their ancient religion and teachings, the Uchiha were hired by the Shi Empire to exterminate while the Senju protected them. Upon experiencing the compassion of the Senju, Tamamo-no-Kurama blessed Senju Seigirama the power of the Wood Release and defeated Uchiha Takumi and formed the first ninja village, Konohagakure and lifted the Uchiha-Senju feud curse.

The Uzumaki lost their faith in Konohagakure after they failed to protect their Priestess and clan chief, Uzumaki Osakabe and isolated themselves from the rest of the world after cutting ties with the Land of Fire.

_{Shoumei Restoration}

The fame of the All Seeing Satoru spread throughout the world, and reached Uzushiogakure. Priestess Chief, Uzumaki Miyako sent Ena and his confidant to Konoha in hopes of reconciling Uzushio and Konoha's broken relation.

Abilities|Appearance

The Uzumaki are of Kitsune-hanyou descent, the blood of Tamamo-no-Kurama continuously thrives through their veins. As a result of what the later humans considered taboo, the Uzumaki are born with scarlet red hair in the likeness of Kurama and animalistic-pointed azure pupils in their icy blue eyes.

They naturally possess incredibly strong life-forces. As such, they have very long lifespans and likewise age slower than regular chakra-empowered humans. This also enables them to survive and endure much more severe injuries while likewise able to recover from injuries and exhaustion with much greater efficiency in short periods of time. Should they go berserk, they will awaken fox-like characteristics such as whiskers, canine, fox ears etc.

They were taught Fuinjutsu and blessed by the gods, the Chains to contain their feral impulses. The Chains are usually awakened at the age of 5, without it, they are prone to going berserk.

The Mainland

Kaenren is the capital of the Land of Fire, it is the home to the Daimyo and the Labormen. Since the Land of Rain's technological influence, the city heart grew exponentially, allowing the rise of skysails, international trading, and especially trains connecting from one point to another including allied nations as opposed to its isolist days, making the Land of Fire as the second most powerful nation in the world, only second to the Land of Rain. Upon realizing the Rain's negative influence, the Fire Daimyo allowed capitalism and soon its power diminished.

This is through the will of fire, the citizens although enjoyed industrialized benefits, they were also patriotic to their country and therefore revised its government, and brought forth the Shoumei Restoration. The Land of Fire became enhanced with its advanced infrastructure through the use of mortar, bricks and stones and it's politcal order paved way for Kaminarimon Hiroshi, the first Shihonka of the Land of Fire, the advancement of chakra science is for the betterment of the people and even the so-called rascals of the modern world; Shinobi will benefit from it. War isn't necessary anymore, he said with confidence as Shinobi had become elected to sworn allegiance to the Gikai(Senate).

The politics of the Land of Fire soon evolved in a framework of a multi-party bicameral parliamentary representative democratic-republic-capitist constitutional monarchy whereby the Daimyo is the ceremonial head of state and the Gikai is the head of government and the head of the Cabinet, which directs the executive branch while the Shihonka is the head of the finance which directs product and trading, lastly, the Hokage and its Shinobi are the enforcers of justice.

  Sagiso Memorial Park, named after one of the previous Hokage, Haruno Sagiso is the largest park of the Land of Fire - dedicated to her after the second Shinobi world war. It sits comfortably between the main housing area of the heart of Kaenrin and the outskirts of Konohagakure. Because of this there are often a lot of children between the ages of 2 (with parents) and 12 in the park, as well as older couples. From time to time there's even shinobi taking a breather after a long day of doing shinobi things. Youth hanging around the park is usually not a big problem although it does occur - usually they don't cause any trouble because the youth knows that their Shinobi same age youthlings would say something if they were being assholes. And truthfully, nobody wants to try their luck against a ninja. The few times it happened.. well, yeah. There's plentiful of Sakura Trees, a large fountain with a fountain at the center of it shaped like a Koifish, a feature that most people love about this park. For that reason it's sometimes called the Love Park, rather than Sagiso Memorial park, although everyone in Konoha will know of both these names.
