[Star Light]

Crystal walked out of the Alpha's den in wolf form, stretching and yawning, her icy blue eyes shining as the sun hit them, she sat down and shivered lightly, her fur puffing up to keep out the cold of winter, she looked around the camp, smiling slightly, she had been wanting to try to have pups, but she wasn't sure if Czelsc would be up for pups, she looked down a bit, sighing softly as her smile faded into a half smile, her ears twitching as she listened to the sounds of camp

Mika yanked at the blanket, which had caught on a bush somehow. She was in her wolf form, and it was frustrating her. She changed to her human form and began trying to get the blanket out of the bush. It was a fluffy gray blanket and headed for the nursery. She muttered a quiet curse as a thorn pricked her finger. Despite the minor injury, she freed the blanket before returning to her wolf form and dragging the blanket to the nursery without acknowledging Alpha Crystal.

He sensed she had left the den but took advantage of the space to do the morning stretch while still covered from the wind. The colder days caused the stiff body to remind him of how much the two have gone through.

With that thought he peered out the den from inside, seeing Crystal seated and looking around. Now that he felt more awake he was ready to leave the den. He didn't want to leave and show any weakness of a limp from stiffness working its self out.

He walked up to her, his large paws causing heavy thuds on the ground as he approached.

"You never stop looking out for the pack." He admired of her as he sat down by her side. The cold breeze pushing his long fur in any direction. The warm sun made up for the colder morning breeze.

She smiled when he sat down beside her, she moved closer, her fur brushing his as she leaned her head on him. "Well it's the pack, and I'm one of their Alphas, they need me to protect them" She said, her tail curling around her paws as she looked at the sunrise, letting the sun warm her fur

Mika dropped the blanket in the nursery and then padded past the Alphas while going to her den for a short break. She'd been awake for hours already. Her gaze stayed pinned on the ground ahead of her as she passed them. The only acknowledgment she gave the two higher ranks was a quick flick of her tail.

He turned his head over his shoulder just enough to peak his eyes at a young, struggling Mika.

"It seems you're not the first one who looks after the pack, though." He smiled a little at his own wit.

He seen the flick of Mika's tail, seeing her both struggle and seek for our attention. He decided to turn his head away from Mika and look down at Crystal for the moment in between. He was wondering what this would do to Mika. Seeing if they would figure out their problem on their own or decide to follow up with help.

"What are the plans today my dear?" He looked down to Crystal.

[Star Light]

"Well, the prey pile is full so the hunters must have returned already, I just sent out a patrol before you woke, the only thing I can think if to do is join the patrol or stay in camp" She said, nuzzling her face into his deep grey fur, she sighed softly, wondering if she should tell him she wanted to try for pups

Mika collapsed into her nest, remaining in her wolf form. She fell asleep almost immediately, but it was restless, and she was still semi-awake as she knew she may need to wake suddenly to engage and/or assist the pack, even if it exhausted her. She was young, rebellious even, but she knew her place. She also knew that sleeping now without asking permission first could be a bad idea- though she had been up since the sun started rising around 4am.

His ears heard from the distance the young Mika give up the struggle and collapse. He couldn't help but show the smile again at the entertainment of young life in the pups.

He listened to Crystal and the options before feeling her lean.

The urge in him was to join the search. To always be on foot for the pack. No complacency, no lax. Avoid the comforts of safety.

But he felt the slow morning passing by. It didn't seem threatening.

"How about we let the crew take the first patrol. We can stay at the camp, be present for the rest. Then we can just take the next patrol."

He looked over his shoulder again, toward Mika's direction.

"Maybe we can teach some of these pups." He said as he always thought of ways to stay useful for the pack. His one track mind of the pack kept him distracted from picking up any of Crystal's cues.

[Star Light]

"Alright" She said, her voice containing the smallest hint of something close to sadness, she buried her face more into his fur, moving closer to him while trying to keep her mind on the pack, not her own problems and wishes

[Czelsc]

He looked back down to Crystal.

"Do you have other plans in mind my mate? What would you want to do today? I should be proper to ask you." Czeslc realized he had only gone along with the present and report rather than asking her plans.

He looked back up and around noticing the patrol getting ready. He gave a nod as a sign of "good job/thank you"

[Star Light]

She shrugged "I'll do whatever you want to do" She said, grooming a patch of his fur, she seemed distracted and distant

He leaned down and licked her forehead. Grooming as an sign of endearment.

"Tell me what is on your mind. Of everything we are in tune with, I'll never be able to read your mind you know.."

Now his focus was on her. He was certain there was something on her mind now.

There were no more distractions.

When his Alpha needed him, she got him entirely.

"Well..." She trailed off, not sure if he would like the idea, she looked down, her ears going down a bit as she thought

He cocked his head sideways a little at her hesitation. It was not something he was use to from her.

"Well...?" He asked kindly to not discourage her.

[Star Light]

"I was just.. I was just thinking what if... What if we had pups" She held her breath, thinking he would get mad or dismiss the idea immediately

[Czelsc]

His head turned again as he looked at her. He was surprised of the question but more surprised it hadn't been asked sooner.

"Ahh." He began. "Always looking out for the pack you are." He followed up to try and be a little comedic. "You want to grow the pack?" He looked out into the wide open again. "I suppose we are in a safe enough spot. Like you said, the hunters are providing enough food for now. We have enough territory protected from outsiders."

He looked back down to her. "What else do you need to hear?"

[Star Light]

She put her head into his fur, closing her eyes with a soft sigh "I just need to know if you don't like the idea so I can stop thinking about it.."

[Czelsc]

He brought his head over her's in a protective and comforting form.

"We can afford to grow our pack. Besides, continuing our lines would be a gift. The area will know our kind and protect them down the line."

He looked over the area while keeping his head atop her's. It did seem too empty. He could vision pups running around and watching the older ones teach them.

She nodded "So... So you want to try?.." She asked, her tail wrapping around his
