This will be an ongoing character catalogue for "Mightier Than the Sword" universe, a modern-day take on a fantasy world. This universe is an alternative history take on the 21st century with dungeons and dragons-like elements. It will feature small contained narratives, but the grand story will unfold throughout these roleplays.

Appearance
A 180cm, thin-framed skeleton. He wears a brown knitted beanie with several gashes in it. He wears a black t-shirt and brown overcoat, with long blue slacks on his bottom half and a pair of shiny white sneakers. His eyeholes are half-lidded in a permanently stiff stare. While most sets of bones are tinged with brown debris and decay, a regular bleach bath keeps Daz's body pure white.
History
Daz's life as a human is clouded in mystery and uncertainty. Some claim he was simply a young man caught in the middle of a gun-fight, turned undead to serve his Lich master. Others say he was a well-equipped and skilled marine who died in a war, having his corpse resurrected for its useful background in man-hunting. Regardless, Daz, despite having no name and no memories was brought into the Lich's "family" of hitmen. His foggy past somehow involved the proficient usage of weapons and unarmed combat, as he excelled in these fields without any training.
However, despite his talents, he was very picky with his missions, turning down bounties which conflict with his loose sense of morality. Normally, these would be considered acts of betrayal and he would be swiftly killed, but due to the value of his abilities, he is generally locked in a crypt as punishment, serving weeks and months alone in a dingy coffin, and yet his resolve was unwavering, leaving his isolation still a sane man. Albeit, these intervals of pure darkness and lack of social interaction could be the reason why Daz feels nothing in taking another man's life.
Personality
Narcissistic and loud, Daz is a larger than life personality and holds value in how he looks and is in constant pursuit of being "cool". He tends to conflict with stoic personalities and is incapable of keeping his thoughts to himself. While he seems like a desperate punk, his hypothetical heart is made of gold. His morals are strong and he never changes himself for anybody. Daz is respectful and kind around kids and animals, and hates being called out for his drastic change in approach when these variables are involved. While he is a killer, he tends to flake out on jobs with moral grey areas, such as killing thieves trying to survive off stolen goods, or foolish teenagers trying to make it big as some sort of ganger. For his constantly conflicting moral compass, he would've been killed by his boss already, if he wasn't already dead.
Proficiencies & Abilities
Daz is a skilled unarmed combatant, knowing a unique style of kick-boxing which incorporates the kicks of Brazilian capoeira and a low, animal style of pugilism. This makes use of his light body as he dishes out blow after blow of skeleton-hard attacks. Though Daz is prone to breaking his knuckles while doing this, having no meat to pad his body.
Daz is also skilled with hand pistols, displaying several occasions of accurate marksmanship.
Along with physical abilities, Daz knows one type of magic, reminiscent of his previous lifestyle. Daz is capable of talking to animals, and has an affinity for activities involving gardening and has knowledge of vegetation and wildlife.
