Obscure movie reference for the win XD It's from an old movie called willow. And there were two brownies, in this they were only about 2ins tall. So the main charcters were tied up and captured and they come in saying "Everything is alright, we are here now, you are all saved" It was funny

Name: Guan Ping

Age: Twenty-three

Race: Human

Hometown: Osorcul

Biography: Born on a ship of immigrants traveling through the Molten Tides, Guan lived the first year of his life on the sea. The ship he was aboard was attacked by pirates only a few miles away from their destination. His mother and the rest of the ship' screw were slain, all but Guan and his father, who took his son and escaped onto a tiny dinghy. They drifted for what seemed like days before hitting shore right outside of Osorcul. His father, a veteran warrior, had to rebuild from the ground up in this new city. He became a mediocre pottery-maker and did as much as he could to provide for his growing son.

When Guan came of age his father began to teach him how to fight with martial arts and with a Glaive and sword. Guan grew up learning how to fight and looking up to those with strength. He himself grew tired of his small house with his father. He decided leave and see where the wind took him. On the day he left Osorcul, his father passed down his own Glaive, a family heirloom. Eventually, Guan found himself at Shattermane Academy, where he decided to try his hand at becoming a Dragoon.

Roleplaying Sample:
The moonlit night was cool and quiet. The forest was dead silent, so quiet it was near suffocating, as if making a noise disturbed nature's serene tranquility. Guan sat on a felled log in front of the dying embers of a once warm and roaring fire. Bored and tired, Guan poked at the coals with a stick playfully. The day had been uneventful and arduous. A whole day of making his way through the forest, with no sign that he had made any progress in getting to his destination at all. Dropping his stick, he looked over at his Glaive which was leaning on the log next to him. The blade shone brilliantly in the moonlight and he could see his own reflection clearly on the blade. He recalled the tracks he had found earlier, he was not the only person in this forest, there was a group of people who wer also making their way through the forest.

Guan let out a yawn as he stood up and went over to his pack to find his water-skin. He tensed as he heard the crack of twig behind him. Cautiously he turned to see a man about his size dressed in chainmail a d leather halberd and wearing a mask of cloth. He had a sword in his hand, and was most definitely a bandit. They were common in forests like these, preying on unwary travelers. 'Just one, good, I can take him' Guan thought to himself with relief. To his dismay, two other similarly dressed bandits clambered out of the darkness of the woods next to the first bandit one with a spear and the other with a bow. 'This'll be fun,' Guan thought to himself sarcastically

The silence was sickening, what was 5 seconds of a stare down, felt like years. They watched to see what he would do, seeing who would make the first move. The first move was made by Guan as lept forward, grabbing his Glaive. He felt the quick whish of an arrow as it nearly grazed his face. The two bandits with me lee weapons advanced, shouting and yelling, breaking the silence. With one hand on his Glaive, Guan gracefully spun to the side of a spear thrust, using the centrifugal force of the weight of his Glaive and his spin, Guan brought a spinning elbow into the nose of the spear bandit. The spear bandit dropped his spear as stumbled backward dazed while blood gushed from his broken nose. The sword bandit roared and brought a downward slash with two hands aimed at Guan's shoulder. Spinning his Glaive above, his head, Guan swung the butt of the shaft into the temple of the spear bandit, his skull shattered, the limp body flew right under the oncoming blow. The rusty sword lodged itself in the nape of the spear bandit's neck, spraying blood like a fountain. The archer had nocked another arrow and had it aimed at Guan's chest. With a twang, the archer released the arrow. Like a monkey, Guan leapfrogged over the head of the swordsman who was trying to dislodge his sword from his dead ally's neck and landed like an acrobat behind the bandit. The arrow hit the swordsman in the chest, piercing his chainmail. Quickly, Guan ran out from behind the swordsman and charged the archer, while running, Guan jumped up and brought a flying knee into the neck of the archer. His throat collapsed, the archer fell backward clawing for air for a few minutes before dying. Guan collected himself and took a deep breath, "I just cleaned my blade, of course I'm not going to dirty it," He said aloud to no one in particular. He touched his side and was surprised to find an arrow, it must have hit him during the heat of the skirmish. He winced with pain as he sat down on the log and began to treat himself.

Nah, it's a Zerochan thing. A good sight for finding images, but better have an imgur or a photobucket if you want to use it.

I suggest getting the program puush. Thats what me and druple use. It lets you drag and drop an outline (sorta like cropping) and it uploads it to a personal account and creates an URL for it. Really short Urls too.

edit: Funny story Barioth, I was actually writing a short sample for you guys, since I dont have any other posts for you all to read (and I think its just polite to let you know how I write), and was going to do the whole bandit in the woods thing too :P

I meant as in Role Player Guild members would be the only ones to have an issue with zerochan not allowing its images to be shared outside the website.

Edit: Sorry ^^' It was the most generic situation I could think of to use as a role playing sample. I guess great minds think alike

I discovered it back when I was RPing at another site. Zerochan is fairly common for people who want to use animu-images but don't have the fortitude to brave places like Danbooru.
