Furry Called up tony late at night and said "Report to the farm near the outskirts of th city. Loki has crashed into someone's pool" He informed Tony as he shut off and went back to getting the other avengers there as well. But they didn't really know why Loki was back, or where he even came from.

Loki slammed from the sky, he had used the biorforst to teleport. it would be the LAST time he did as well as it was the worst way to get to earth. loki felt himself crash into water, first thing he did was struggle to get toe the surface and clung to the edge of the deep end holding on there, exhausted from teleported he passed out, drenching wet, he hears the avengers coming but too tired to do anything he didn't budge. Loki had ran away from being killed by Odin, he didn't want to die. he thought of a better way to die, strave himself to death anything but get hit with a beam and be gone.

Tony groaned as his phone woke him up, Tony wasn't one to ever sleep that well, so being called in the middle of the night didn't make him very happy. "Coming... since I am not allowed to sleep." he snapped .
He knew he was going to just be cranky. He never got on well with Fury anyway.

He gets up and gets ready to leave and flies off in his ironman suit. Reindeer games really did have to pick an annoying time to come. He looked around and saw the other Avengers and SHIELD and a passed out Loki.
It was the first time Loki hadn't even budged.

Loki was dragged out of the pool soaking wet by captain and Natasha they just looked at the p[assed out god seeing he had lost a lot of weight as well as they could see the outline of the gods ribcage and hips. they looked at each other worried and then around.

"he's skinning as a twig with no joke intended. Jeez he looks awful" Captain said and calls up furry only to get orders to drag the god to SHEILD for questioning. Captain sighed and looked at Tony and picked the god up and walks off to the plane and set the god down slowly on a chair as the god still didn't move. He was awful condion still and even though he was a villain the avengers where alarmed at this.

"Yeah ..... wonder why... maybe hes given up. I was expecting a fight when we got here," Tony exclaimed. He found himself worried. He wasn't sure why he would be worried about him.
He sighed a bit. He wondered if the god was sick though.
He ran a hand through his hair. He wondered if Thor knew his brother was like this.

Captain took loki to SHEILD and put him in a cell. Loki eyes faintly opened seeing the floor of the cell. He coughed gently before grunting in pain.

Captain went to get furry.

Tony decided to stay. He didn't know why. He just sat there and watched Loki for a bit. He was waiting for him to wake. He sat down on chair outside the cell. He hoped SHIELD would get Loki medical care instead of letting him suffer.
Even after all Loki had done , he didn't think he should let LOki suffer.
"Loki.." he started.

Loki said nothing to the inventor slowly his eyes dull nothing in them. The anger and hate from those many years erases and replaced with nothing a void if nothiness. He then just sat there mind empty.

Furry walked in "loki you better have a good reason for coming to earth" he growls. The god didn't say anything to furry.

Tony sighed when he saw Loki would say nothing "Loki your only making this harder by not speaking." he had never seen Loki so blank and not himself. He was used to Loki having something smart to say or threatening people.
He leaned back. "Dammit"

Loki looked away from them blankly. Furry eyes narrowed "talk dammit " he snapped. The god uttered no words.

Tony sighed and he looked at him "Why won't he speak. This is new." He looked at Loki. "Ah Fury you can go do other things, He might be silent awhile... I'll see if I can get him to speak."

Furry glares biut nodded ;leaving. The god didn't speak or do much then stare out into deep space away from their world away from his own world into a world where nothing happen. Loki hears them but didn't respond if he did they would only press on more and more.

"Loki wjhat is the deal with you?" He asked. Tony wondered if finding out what was wrong would be the better move so far. He did feel bad for the god for some reason. He wondered ir he should get LOki a doctor too.

The god spoke no words looking back at the inventor with nothing eyes.

"How long are you going to keep this up, Its not helping your case." Tony said firmly. He wondered about freeing Loki and taking him to stark towers and looking after him.
"Are you ill?" He asked.

The gpd just looked at him with nothing and looked away from the inventor blinking.

Tony looked at him, he sighed and sat in the chair "Giving up then?" He wondered if He would talk to Thor.

Loki said nothing slowly looking out o the cell glareing softly.

"Do you want Thor then, I know you hate all of us, but Thor always seems to be the one that can talk to you," He sighed and leaned back.
"Look your in big trouble Loki, we want to know why you are here and not talking is probably just going to make SHIELD give up and kill you and I am sure Thor would be mad."

Loki said nothing not careing as something was scribbled on the glass then let it happen it would be better then what would happen back there, Thor don't care

Tony sighed and looked at him , he didn't know why Loki was writing it . He was glad he was communicating. "Can you even talk or you don;t want to? and Thor does care, He defended you despite what some the others said about you, He doesn't agree with what you did, But I know he cares." Tony used to think THor was an idiot to still care about Loki.
