"Aw do all earth girls take this long to get ready.?" The Doctor teased her, He was brimming with excitement and finding it hard to wait. The Doctor was already for a party. He was in his black and white tux and had already made sure his hair wasn't a mess.
He was now just waiting for Rose. He leaned against the console.

The Doctor smiled up at Rose when she was ready. Travelling the universe with her was just brilliant. He was flicking various controls. He knew that the future was always exciting.
Well any time was really exciting for him, He also knew the worst situations were the more he loved it. Though he knew he could still be serious if he had to.
"Allons-y" he grinned. The Doctor had made sure to park the TARDIS somewhere where it wouldn't be noticed. Last thing he needed was it falling into the wrong hands.

Rose gently pushed him at being teased, her knee-length pink dress looking quite flattering on her curvy frame. The pink-and-yellow human poked her head out of the TARDIS door to see where it had landed the moment it stopped, being glad for wearing flats instead of heels.

"Doctor, where are we exactly?" she asked, opening up the door fully and stepping out. She was always so bold and confident. It did get her in trouble sometimes, especially when she wandered off.

"Mmm the year 2099 , earth, " The Doctor replied. He was looking around. He opened up the doors to the TARDIS wondering what adventures would await them.
"Though came here to have fun at a party, we should still stay alert." He knew weird things always happened where ever he went.

He stepped out of the TARDIS with her, there was a grin on his face. He knew that either way they were going to have fun.

Rose laughed happily, holding his arm reassuringly. "I know, I know, we've always gotta be alert n stuff, because you're a trouble-magnet!" She teased, poking him playfully. She was kind of right. It didn't matter what companion he had. Trouble always appeared when the Doctor was in.

"Ah but the trouble is what makes it fun, like with queen Victoria and the werewolf." He grinned. The Doctor was walking by her. He headed to the party with her.
He very much doubted it would be a party that would run smoothly.
The Doctor knew he was a trouble magnet, but he didn't want Rose hurt or killed.

"Whether or not trouble is 'fun' depends on your definition of it," retorted Rose, walking alongside the Doctor. She knew things would go awry, they always did. She had gotten a little hurt a few times, but nothing serious. She fully trusted the Doctor to keep her safe. If she didn't, she wouldn't still be here.

"Yeah just don't wander off anywhere too risky," The Doctor headed into the building that the party was being held. He saw people dancing to the music that was playing.
He hoped he wouldn't get too drunk, encase anything did go wrong. "I know you have a habit of wandering off sometimes."

Rose giggled guiltily. "I know that too. I should, anyways, I'm the one that has it." She didn't let go of the Doctor's arm, seeing a man who'd already had a bit too much looking at her funny from across the room.

Rose didn't really drink, but she knew the Doctor did. "Don't drink anything, you get drunk pretty quick, from what I remember."

The Doctor smiled and looked at her . He wasn't sure if he could resist not having a drink. He was looking around a bit.
"Though a hangover isn't fun, I find it hard to not drink when I am at a party having fun," he chuckled a bit. He see's some of the food looks quite interesting.
"Want to dance Miss Rose Tyler?" He grinned.

Rose laughed at him. "Sure... last I remembered, you were a pretty good dancer... at least when you have a partner," she said, holding his hand tighter. The one man was still looking at her, but he probably wouldn't try anything. She gently pulled him onto the dance floor.

The Doctor was looking at her. "Only pretty good?" He said playfully. He hold onto her hand, letting her pull him onto the dance floor.
He seemed to be in a good mood today.
The Doctor began dancing with her, He was looking at the man briefly, but was having fun dancing with Rose.

Rose's dancing was stepping with the Doctor while avoiding stepping on his toes. She did pretty well at that, only stepping on his toes once or twice. That was pretty good, considering how clumsy she could be sometimes.

After dancing for awhile, the Doctor looked around and went to get something to eat. He noticed a few people were gone. He wasn't sure if that was anything to be suspicious about yet.
He went to get a drink as well.

Rose barely noticed, not having the Doctor's memory. She followed him, being a bit hungry herself. She was happy that they'd danced, in spite of her clumsiness.

The Doctor smiled and looked at her "Mmm the food is good," what ever was going on the food was safe and normal. He sits down with her and sips some of his wine.
He was looking around again and trying to look for anything odd.
"MM"

Rose jumped at the sudden loud noise. "Doctor?!" She exclaimed, having become naturally jumpy over the course of travelling with him.

The Doctor looked around and was thinking "Mm I don't know, But a few people have gone missing." He narrowed his eyes. He blinked as the lights went out.
Ok that was odd.
By the time the lights were on the Doctor noticed more people were missing.

Rose wasn't one of them, fortunately. Now she was getting nervous. "... there are people missing..." she murmured softly, a shudder breaking over her pale shoulders.

The Doctor held onto her. He put his glass down. He didn't want anything to happen to her "Something is going on, I noticed a few had gone missing earlier but I didn't think much of it."
He narrowed his eyes "But now... , I think something is wrong."

Rose nodded, looking around. She didn't see anything suspicious... the guests were all a little uneasy, but other than that, everything was normal.
