Actually, they did.

I'm pretty sure that particular style of mace came into wide-spread use around 900 BC.

From what I can find flanged maces date to the 10th century at the earliest. Prior to that I don't think there was much reason for them to exist.

Yeah, this.

Even stone maces had flanges. Seems reasonable.

Just because you can make something in stone doesn't mean you can necessarily replicate it with solid metal.

I mean, if you can actually find a source that says there were metal maces with flanges in this era, even if they were rare, I'd gladly go with it. But the info I can find is to the contrary.

That is no problem. In order to make unaffiliated Suehan a global problem, I included that they settle remote unclaimed islands.

Well Qanaxma Deniz is out since they're far away and aren't on the coast.

So they'll raid a montainous-forest region that's only half occupied, crawling with Wildling camps and Vyrhel Spores and then likely find maybe a village to raid? If you want to, you can try, but there are easier pickings.

Howl, you have two major rivers, so it is possible. You want a raid? To both you and Haz, a raid would involve around 3 ships or 90 men. Pure flavor, not much 90 men can do unless you want them to kidnap someone or something.

Go ahead if you want, though it would be semi difficult raiding past the lowlands. As it would be battling up river/ The mountain. But low lands would have lots of food to be had. Though
