After reading the quality of your posts so far, I have little doubt that you can make the final reveal both comprehensive and interesting. And if the hints serve to confuse in the meantime, it's all the more drama added to the story!

Forgive me for asking, but your avatar... Is it from a particular comic or source? Not only is it rather intriguing, but I keep getting the feeling that it is familiar from someplace. I simply can not place from where!

I was beginning to wonder what might have happened. Usually I give my partner's a solid week before I start to bug them, well aware as I am of how real life can get in the way. This time, I have to admit, I was wondering if I had done something wrong! A number of my partners seemed to have up and vanished over the past two weeks, leaving me dead in the water; that, however, is my own paranoia and nothing to do with you. Be that as it may, you have no idea how happy I was to see a message from you!

I'm glad you're well, and I'm looking forward to your post once your studies allow. Little ideas have been fermenting in my head as to what sort of adventures might be awaiting Kijani in and around the village!

An it please you, do small posts for now until you feel you can do otherwise. Sometimes you're in the zone and sometimes you're not. Besides, it is quality and not quantity that matters.

So, forgive me for asking but... where's the "drop in quality"? To be perfectly honest (and I pray you forgive me my bluntness), I think you're being rather hard on yourself! It was a good answer to Feather's questions and gave further insight as to both Kijani's nature and life within Verrun, without being overbearing or needlessly complicated. More over, it gives me a great point to start a transitional post for a bit of a time jump to morning.

It may take me a day to get my reply up. I'm working on a dream sequence to give you (the writer) a better view of what's in Victor's head.

You really liked it? Wow. I feel really happy that you said that. I just sort of rambled it out. Usually I put them in word beforehand so I can make sure everything flows well. But that I just drummed out and posted. Heh. *rubs back of neck* Thank you for being kind and honest. Sometimes I need a swift kick in the backside when I talk about myself like that.

*Sigh* I apologize for the delay. This week has not been good. I can't concentrate for llong periods of time when I get... well, how I am now... Thought I woould be able tto get the post together yesterday, but... then my mom was in the ER (food allergies, she's ok) so that plan went bye bye...

Sorry to hear about your mother, although I'm glad to hear that she's better now. As for the writing, don't worry about it. You have had other things to deal with, and the last thing you need is a writing partner bothering you all the time. Post when you can. A few days, a week, once a month... You are a talented writer, I will think no less of you for taking what time as you need. All I ask? Just that we stay in touch as fellow writers regardless of how our current story is progressing.
