Jacob smiled at that, "I won't mind that as long as it's no buzz cut I don't care." He laughed at that, "what because I'm just so calm or peaceful in my sleep with no tension in my body what so ever." He was on his back again as he kissed her, "you never thought a guy my age was going to lead the resistance."

Jacob was pointing out where they would have the advantage, the soldiers around the table looked at him curiously. "I know this whole city lived in it my whole life, it's either get lead by someone who doesn't know the city or someone who does." The soldiers nodded, as he kept pointing out ambush spots. "We'll all meet up here once were done."

Elliot thought about it and smiled at him, "Because you don't seem weathered or worried... You're at ease."

She kissed him again and laughed as he said she didn't believe someone his age could lead the resistance, "In my defense. You were only 17..." She kissed his temple, "And a bit of a short fuse."

Elliot sat back and watched as Jacob spoke to the soldiers. She was amazed that they were so easily swayed by the fact that Jacob knew the city. She supposed he also knew how to shoot.... But surely, someone with more experience, even just life experience would be the wiser decision. She didn't say anything though. She went where Jacob went now. Sure, she had threatened to break away to leave but that was more so because she was curious to how he would react. She could just barely shoot a gun. She was better off with him, even if she wouldn't admit it.

Jacob laughed, "at times I had a short fuse back then I control my anger more often now than I did back then. I'm just suprised a lot of people didn't question me really, those guys had more experience with a gun than me, but still I knew the city pretty well in my case."

Jacob looked at the men and women in front of him, he thought for a moment. "If we have any snipers I need them here here and here." He pointed to buildings across from each other, "we need a team that can break through the defenses and make sure they don't hear you. We need to attack them on both sides or were not going to take them." He saw a group of them nod, "we also need a recon team, I'm the captain of that team since I have way more experience with stealth since I went hunting with my father, Kyle your coming with me I need a person I can fully trust. Anyone else want to volunteer feel free to."

Elliot giggled as she looked at him, "Good. It is unbecoming of a leader to lose his temper," She thought about it for a moment, "I used to act out silly things that happened in romantic movies in my head with you.... That's why I asked you to teach me to shoot."

She sat up on the bed and climbed out. She grabbed her pants and pulled them on before pulling on her shirt and doing up the buttons. She smiled at Jacob and walked over to his side of the bed and held out her hand to him, "Come along. You need a hair cut and a new bandage. And we aren't going to put either off anymore."

Elliot walked them, her legs cross on her chair as she held her ankles. She didn't know why she was here. She didn't want to take part in any of the fighting. The only reason she asked Jacob to teach her to shoot was she wanted to be able to protect herself if needed. Also, if she was going to die, she wanted to play out at least one romantic movie scene. Sure, she might have preferred kissing in the rain but having him hold her while adjusting her stance and aim was good enough. Other than that, she had no interest. She didn't want to shoot the robots and she surely didn't want to shoot the aggressive humans who didn't wish to join them. Elliot looked at Jacob as he pointed at the map telling people what to do. He was so enthusiastic about it all....

Jacob sat up, and pulled on a shirt. Taking Elliot's hand in his. "Alright alright fine still no buzz cut I already found out I don't look good with one just saying." He pulled on his boots and made sure that his pistol was on his belt you never knew when you would get shot at.

Jacob let out a sigh, as everyone left. He sat down in a chair, "man why does it have to be me who leads them they have very little experiance with guns except for the snipers and they barely know the city. I don't want to lead them, but I know what will happen if I don't we'll all get killed by the robots and for what excatly what do they want from us that they have to use force?" He shook his head, "nothing seems right anymore even my own brother has been acting different."

Elliot nodded, "Yes, yes, no buzz cut."

She pulled him out of the room in search of fine scissors. Assuming that the best scissors would probably be in the medical ward, she decided to kill to birds with one stone. She sat him on one of the beds and cleaned up his cut before putting a clean bandage on it. Once that was done, she went in search of scissors. With them in hand, she pulled Jacob out of the room, searching for a place that didn't need to be completely clean. Finding a mainly empty room. She pulled a chair in front on her and patted it, "Don't make me tie you to the chair."

Elliot stood and walked over to him, "Don't be such a Negative Nancy... You like this," she smiled at him, "I saw the way you looked while you were planning everything out. Besides... You don't need to know how to use a gun to be the brains of the operation. Nor do you need to know Chicago really well. You could just pipe in every once in a while when the leader passed up something."

She sat down and crossed her arms, grinning at him, "I think you love it."

Jacob shook his head, "never killed anything that walks on two legs," he sighed at that. "Ellie come on, you really think I like shooting things, no not really I like to go hunting you can't get me wrong on that, but I never killed any robot or human and I think I won't like doing it, because were not the same as animals we think we have our own mind were independent." He shook his head, "you wouldn't get it anyway."

Jacob sighed, and sat in the chair, "yah I remember the last time you did this I was tied down to the chair and you almost left me in the chair tied down all night like you thought it was funny or something like that I don't know all I know is you thought about leaving me tied down."

Elliot looked at him, "Calm down."

She shook her head and stood, "I do get it. I don't like the thought of shooting them either... But I wasn't saying that was the part you loved," She said quietly. She pointed at the map they had been looking at, "I meant this. You looked like you loved leading. Like it was something you were meant to do. But God! You're still just a child."

She turned away from him and walked out the room without another word.

Elliot laughed and nodded as she slowly started to cut his hair, "Kyle helped me... Caught you and cuffed you to the chair to help me."

She smiled at him as she worked away, cutting off his longer locks of hair, "It would have been so much easier if you had just cooperated... If you hadn't tempted me with leaving you tied up in that chair all night. To teach you a lesson, I believe."

Jacob laughed, "not my fault you would have probably heard me screaming people's names all night anyway to untie me from the chair you wouldn't get a piece of sleep even if I stopped for a minute I would've started back up and screamed all night if I had to."

jacob smiled a little, as he got up. He didn't mind leading, it was just like hunting telling what his brother to do with hand signals this wasn't much different. He got up, and looked at the map he looked at every possibility that the robots would have at taking them down and he covered those areas he also made sure they had no escape route. He looked over the plans he made, making sure no possibility was left out.

Elliot laughed, focusing on his hair. She shook her head, "I think I would have managed it," She moved around to the side of him, "My room was a little ways from the command centre... The gym on the other hand."

She ran a hand through his hair, ruffling it slightly as she worked, "Although, I'm sure someone else would have come along and been more angry with you than willing to untie you. If you were lucky, it might have been one of the girls, who might have let you out... If you weren't, it might have been out of the soldiers who might have knocked you out."

She giggled as she moved again and started to cut the front of his hair, "You may be the leader but people rarely get in the way of me teaching you a lesson."

Jacob laughed, "still there nice enough to give me a pillow so then my neck wouldn't be sore in the morning." He laughed, "still you would probably find out who have it to me and kick there ass for it. Wow I know you way to well but I would pay big to see you kick someone's ass that got in your way of teaching me a lesson."

Elliot gasped, "I wouldn't do that! I only kick your ass," She teased. She snipped a few more pieces of hair and smiled, "There we are. All done."

She ran her hand through it again, messing it up along with getting rid of the small hairs that she had just cut off. She looked down at him, "Much, much better. But you might want to take a shower to at least rinse the small hairs out, just so that they don't itch our anything."

She pursed her lips, "Shall I try and find you a mirror?"

Jacob looked up at her, "hey! Not cool Ellie not at all." He let out a sigh, "it better be not as bad as it was Ellie if it is I can ask Kyle if I can have my own room and sleep by myself easy as that." He said as he got out of the chair, he bent down and kissed her, "if you did make it worse I guess I'm going to have to ask Kyle for a different room."

Elliot laughed as Jacob as he threatened to get his own room if she made his haircut worse. She kissed him as he bent down and shook her head, "I, for one, know that you wouldn't give up sleeping with me every night if your life depended on it. And two, I still have scissors. Insult my handiwork and I will cut you."

She rose to her toes and kissed him again, "It really does look much better."

She walked over to the vanity that sat in the room's corner and grabbed a piece of broken mirror. She held it up to Jacob, "See."

Jacob looked in the mirror, his hair didn't look as tangled as it was, but it was still tangled nothing less it was shorter than before though. "Alright then, and Ellie you wouldn't cut me no matter what I do you would be to scared on what I would do if you did cut me."

Elliot placed the mirror shard down and walked over to Jacob. She placed a hand on her hip and snipped the scissors in front of his nose before put them in her pocket and her hand joined the other on her hip as she looked up at him definitely, "And what on earth would you do if I did, pray tell."

She smirked, curious, "And don't make me cut you to find out."

Jacob laughed, "I might as well ask Kyle if there are any resistance bases in other cities and then probably ask him if I can go there instead of staying here with you and I would tell him this 'no matter how much Ellie begs for my location don't say a word about it near her.' " he smiled as he told her what he was going to do.

Elliot chuckled and shook her head, "Sorry," She said as she kissed him, "But I don't believe you," She grinned at him, "You'd miss me too much."

She gave him a wink and turned away from him. She stole a glance at him over her shoulder as she exited the room. She grabbed out the scissors again and started to brush off any of the small hairs that might have gotten stuck. She'd have to clean them before she returned them back to the medical ward. Otherwise, someone might shoot her. Well, not literally.

Jacob sighed and sat down on the bed then laid down, looking up at the ceiling letting his thoughts take him for awhile at least. She thought he would miss her well that was true, but he had a picture in his wallet so it wouldn't be that hard. To stay in another city not when they were getting attacked of course.

Elliot reached the medical ward and cleaned off the scissors before putting them away. She looked at one of the doctors and smiled, "Is there anywhere I can help?"

The doctor looked at her and nodded, "We could always use a couple extra hands."

Elliot hung around the medical ward for a couple hours until it seemed like everyone was taken care. She washed her hands and smiled to herself as she left. She missed being it there. It was nice to get back to it. She walked back to their room and found Jacob still lying on the bed. She laughed and walked over to him, climbing on top of him again, "How's your head?"
