Elliot gasped when he pulled her down and released her hands. She smiled as she felt his hands move to her back and hair as they kissed. She rested on his chest and the other in his own hair. When she broke it to catch her breath, she grinned at him, "Well... Then I think you know me a little too well."

Jacob let out a small chuckle, "of course I do with all the time I spend with you how would I not, like putting a strand of your hair behind your ear when your nervous, or when your eye brows scrunch together in worry see I notice those things I just let you know that I notice it."

Elliot smiled and kissed him again, "Well aren't you being awfully romantic," She relaxed with half of her on top of him, still very aware not to hit his leg, "But if we know everything about each other, how are we ever going to surprise one another?"

She rested her forehead on his, "Although... if I get to spend my life with you... I guess I can handle you never being surprised by me again."

Jacob smiled, "I'm fine with that Ellie I know I am." He closed the distance between the distance of there lips. And kissed her his arm around her waist, as his other hand was back into her hair as he kissed her again.

Elliot allowed him to close the space between them and wrapped her arms around his neck. She relaxed into the kiss. She pulled away again after sometime. She giggled a little, "We should stop while we're ahead... consider you leg isn't going to allow much."

She rolled off of him and kissed his cheek.

Jacob sighed, "alright I guess." He slowly relaxed, as he knew Elliot wasn't leaving his side for at least a little while longer. Before she would have to get up and go to the living room to talk about there next move which he had no clue on what to do on that.

Elliot snuggled back up against his shoulder and lay there. Happy to know that he was okay, so much seemed to away be fighting against them, it was always nice to have a period where he was okay. Even if he was stuck in bed. She looked at him and smiled, "You should try and get some more sleep."

Jacob looked at her, he offered her a small smile. Before he closed his eyes, his arm still around her. He fell asleep after a few minutes exuaghsted even though he hadn't been up and moving, he was tired from just trying to stay awake to talk to her.

Elliot smiled back when he slowly fell asleep. She stayed there for sometime, just listening to his heart beat and breathing. Once she was sure he was asleep, she slipped out of the bed. It was the best time to talk to the others, since Jacob didn't have much else to do, she wanted to spend his waking hours with him.

She walked into the living room and saw Kyle. She leant against the back of the couch and looked at him, "Where did you go?"

Kyle looked up, "I was just saying to the other survivors tht my brother is still alive there's still hope in this war. But I'm worried I don't know how many more hits he can take before he breaks down I've seen his calm facade break sometimes I don't know if he can get through this war without being scarred for the rest of his life."

Elliot walked around the couch and sat down on it, "None of us are getting out without being scarred. I killed innocent people, I was one of them.... You tried to kill your own brother... for a girl... Savannah killed Marcus. Those are all unique situations but that doesn't mean everyone else is getting out unscathed. Ever heard of PTSD? If we really manage to get out of this... Every last person is going to suffer from it. Simple."

She sighed and rested her head on the couch, "We can't leave here for a couple weeks. Not with Jacob in this condition."

She looked out the window, "The survivors... need to be less dependant of Jacob too... He shouldn't be the one thing that gives them hope. It is too much for him."

Kyle nodded, " I guess so I told them about Jacobs condition they said they would go on there own for as long as they could." He sat down on one of the other couchs in the room. He sighed, "I still think Jacobs going to be the most scarred with everything that happens through this."

Elliot looked at Kyle and shook her head, "I don't think there is a way to measure who will be 'most scarred'. To each their own. Some might agree. Others might think the girl who lost her arm was captured and tortured by robots to the point of forgetting everything about who she was. Who fought along side them and killed when all she ever did before was heal. Who drove herself crazy, would be most scarred. But at the end of the day... It doesn't actually matter."

She climbed off the couch and sighed, "I'm with Jacob if you need me."

Kyle nodded, and got up and went toward the table started mapping out places for taids on some of the small bases of the robots.

Elliot walked back into her and Jacob's room. She sighed and grabbed a book before climbing onto the bed with him. She lay down next to him and started to read.

Jacob slightly rolled over, hitting he nudged his left leg a little. And his whole body tensed then slowly relaxed as the pain faded away. He was still asleep, his head now on one of Elliot's legs. As he slept he didn't move after that he was content on where he was.

Elliot looked down at Jacob when he moved. She saw him bump his leg as tense but seemed to relax after it. She moved forward to adjust his leg when he rest his head on her own leg. She shook her head and smiled, running a hand through his hair. She sighed and turned back to her book, just hoping he didn't nudge his leg again.

After a few hours, Jacob woke up. He brought his eyes up to Elliot's face giving her a lazy smile. He didn't move from where he was he was happy at where he was. He moved his arm, but the rest of his body stayed where it was.

Elliot looked down from her book again when she felt Jacob moving. She smiled when she saw him awake. She ran her hand through his hair, "Hello there, sleepy head."

She laughed a little and placed her book on the nightstand. She kept playing with his hair and smiled, "As you can see... You kind of trapped me in your sleep," She kept playing with his hair as she looked him over, "Feeling any better?"

Jacob laughed a little, "I feel better though my leg still hurts but that's about it." He reached up, and touched her cheek with the back of his hand, "wow you look beautiful from down here I wonder why I never tried this before."
