Its been a long time since I've last fought in the rpg. So i got my old CS with minor tweaks to it in order to bring out the best of players. (Maybe find some old vets fro the previous rpg site.)

Anyways, no special ruling other then the ost common ones on this site. But, I will ention that i do need detail and at least ore then one paragraph. (I dont want a wall of meaningless words.) that is all.

And here is my CS

Character tier: Intermediate

Personality: His emotions is out of control most of the time. One moment he could be a easy going guy to a pissed off manic that will kill just to blow off some steam. He can be alright to talk to if he has grown a liking for someone as a friend, but mentally unstable as his dominant emotion is sadistic an insane when talking or mainly fighting. Hard to be a hero with being corrupted with what gives him strength.

Bio: little is known about him other then being a myth in history. Somehow finding himself as the secret withing the history text books going as far back as Ancient Greece as being the son of hades. Living his life as he saw fit when he can be found in any world changing event or war from the civil to the days were pirates set sails and pillage. His true past is hidden as only things recorded was what he has done and none about his origin.

Powers:

Hades Fury: using powers from his father he is able to create black flames on his hands which he can use in many different ways like throwing fire balls or blow out like a dragons fire, making a fire wall or barrier, and to use as a little trick to his close combat by using it like boxing gloves or to burn victims in a grapple and to break out of one. Burning as hot as 635 degrees Celsius (tier lvl: intermediate)

Demonic presence: from the dark aura that radiates from his body that acts like a thick shadow aura that manifest , he uses it to create different forms to aid him in a fight. For an example like the shadowy aura covers his arms to form extended fist or arms to reach, grab, or smash his opponents(you can compare it to how naruto fought sasuke when he had the first tail.) or even to create a weapon like manifesting a bladed weapon in his hand or arms. Can do the same but forming on his back to form eight arms or tentacles. While using the tentacles they can stick into the ground and come back out to keep his targets in place for a grapple so he can hold the target still for an attack. One post prep needed an target most be stationary to complete the transition. Or instead of a grapple they can root itself to the ground and come back up to form shadow spikes come out and covering a good twenty meter circumference.(tier lvl: intermediate)

Shadow Puppets: using the Demonic presence he uses the shadows to form shadow figures to create dark hydra heads to come out of his tentacles from his back. Same amount on his back but doubles for each hydra head cut like the real but only up to 32 heads until they are gone completely. They are apart of him since they are mere puppets. They bite with 87psi or acts as cannons to deliver his hades furry to make a volley attack.This power is greatly affective in a cemetery where there is deceased. Because he can use his tentacles to posses up to 4 tier 1 undead warriors to fight for him they also have the appearance of flight but only from the fact they are controlled by strings like puppets. He needs concentration to do either one or both. One post prep for one but two or more for both with continuous concentration(tier lvl: intermediate to high)

Hell's Bounds: forming chains that cover both his arms to create metallic whips to fight. Can use hades fury to ignite the chains to burn victims in grapples. Or to be use to swing out or make tight turns when moving at fast speeds. (Tier lvl: intermediate)

Black Plague: blowing out of his mouth to create a cloud covering a patch of the area to poison his victim, showing rapid symptoms of it till dead. Not effective if they are wearing anything that keeps it out or an armor that is in closed with a filter in it. It must be inhaled for its effect to work and takes up 10x10 feet of square inch unless wind is involved. A small huff takes three days to die if not treated correctly but the days shorten depending on how much was breathed in. As time passes the symptoms would show and will be damaging to the host. At first it acts like tear gas to causes a burning sensation to the eyes and mouth, but not to the producer. (Tier lvl: intermediate)

Demon wings: he creates them using the shadow puppet ability anduses them to fly an can go fast as a jet fighter going at supersonic speeds but hard to turn if need to, usually goes as fast as 150-200 mph to able to turn to avoid attacks. Can also be used to block an opponent if in a fist fight. With a three feet wing span. One post prep to pop out wings(tier lvl: intermediate)

Regeneration of the dammed: as the title pretty much explains it. He can able to regenerate his body if its damaged it any sort of way. Of an arm is cut off then it regrows simple as that with the same rules as his other limbs. However, He uses a lot of his energy so he will be fatigue fast if done more then twice.Also being attacked by a holy object or striked by a magical weapon makes the process to either slow down or not to be effective. Only exception is if beheaded then the head stays off. Has to be done of combat due to it drains his ability to fight.(however he can make artificial limbs if one is cut off with the help of demonic presence)(tier lvl: intermediate)

Bats of the night: bursting into a wave of bats to easily go through his adversary fir either dodging and retreat. Requires a one post prep, if a chunk of his bats are gone then he might loose an arm or a leg(tier lvl: intermediate)

Natural abilities:

Pure dark: since he creates dark and shadow based attacks and other powers of hells furry. Also with the ability to see in the darkness with night vision(tier lvl intermediate)

Unholy sacrifice: when bad goes to worst, this natural ability tends to be the last resort in any given battle. Demons and devils makes contracts to give what anyone wants so using the same concept but without no pen or paper. Paying with any ability or natural ability in order to get a boost in the end. For example: sacrificing a natural for his power to give it extra strength or a new type which can go the same but reversed process. (Saying like giving up my wings to give strength to my ground speed or getting rid of my fast movements to better improve on strength.) sacrificing a limb will regenerate his original power with the cost of an arm or a leg, but that's only for a life or death situation. (Could use demonic presence to make a temporary arm until finding a suitable replacement) (tier lvl: intermediate to high)

Natural adaption: when he sees an ability foreign to him, he will try his out most to copy and imitate a power or move. Making him a fast learner at seeing all the smoke and mirrors. If it's holy power then it'll have an opposite effect or same with a different subtype (light turning to a dark) this ability can range from temporal or permanent with the help of unholy sacrifice.(tier lvl high)

Prowess of a demon: His strength and ability is something not to be reckon with. His senses are far past any normal human being to the point he is an elite demon. Able to sense the disturbance of the wind or sound that can help aid him with any evasion or attack. Heavy yet fast pinching from lifting 50tons each arm(boosts on prep with demonic presence by times 2)and speeds to go up to 95mph on ground. If all power has been lost then that's all he has since he is not human.

With the shadow puppets ability he can basically use the dark aura around him to make "physical shadow puppets" which can be used to attack, defense, or anything in between.(tier lvl: intermediate)

Masochist: since the fact he is a special hell spawn. He can basically withstand any kind of torture. Also not being able to be intimidated no matter what the circumstances are. He is from hell of coarse seen the worst(tier lvl: intermediate)

Power othe the Underworld: After his last battle with his creator. When he consumed hades after his defeat and thus taking the power of lord death along with it. The power becoming his core in which is his fuel for his everyday life even when not in combat. This can be seen on how the atmosphere around him changes from dim to black from the aura he gives out around his body. He can use the output to slowly turn the area of the battlefield dimmer to dark that requires three post.(tier lvl: intermediate )

Weaknesses: Evernote though he turned a new leaf and fighting for good. He can still be greatly damaged by holy people or items. Since he took the soul of his father he turns basically immortal, but even being a immortal he can still die but only by either another immortal or a weapon created by one. During day time he is not badly weaken but yet it would be difficult to use some of his shadow abilities. Another great weakness of his is lightening. Since the lightning was created from Zeus he will be greatly infected. So lightening based attacks can be blocked but hard to mange over time. Small holy items like holy water and a crucifix on burn him slightly. Not very effected but can be irritating.

Appearance:
Brysen Gray is 5’ 5’’ tall and weighs 148lbs. He appears as an athletic black-haired, brown-eyed, baby-faced man with a regular taper haircut. He wears a black slim fit wool cashmere suit, black tie, white dress shirt, black dress pants, and black dress shoes. He is the epitome of the young working class businessman. In his crime fighting person, The Laughing Man, Brysen wears an oilskin pure white raincoat, white latex pants, white rain boots, white latex gloves, and a blank white mask. Four large buttons tuck in his raincoat at the midsection with wolf fur outlining the base of the hood.

Social Status: Administrative Assistant. Crime Fighter. Hero of Justice.
Relations: Rachel Gray (Sister), Judgement(Vigilante/Partner)

General Activity:
Brysen works as an administrative assistant, filing police reports, directing phone calls, answering administrative questions, and contacting important figures for the central police station. He has been employed for nearly four years and works under the current police chief of district 13 in downtown Kenan. He often spends the day filing paperwork and processing the tasks force’s financial expenses. It is a very routine schedule that begins at 6:00am and ends at 5:00pm with breaks at 11:30am for lunch.

At night, Brysen patrols the streets as an masked vigilante known as “The Laughing Man”. His nocturnal activities consist of information trading, money transactions, and protection schemes. He offers protection for criminals wanting to get out of the business and uses information he has gathered to blackmail their employees into submission. It is a known fact that he has incriminating evidence on several high ranking officials, but his existence has been for the most part a benign deterrent in the internal politics of the city against power hungry individuals.

Abilities:
[Power] Esper
An esper is a rare human that manipulates their internal essences using their mind instead of spells, writings, and incantations and mixes it with the essences in their surroundings. This differs from the traditional use of magic in that the core of an espers ability to manipulate their internal essences resides completely in their brain. The most shocking example of this difference is that an esper even when decapitated would be still be able to manipulate their internal essences for the few seconds that their brain remains functional.

William Penfield, a prominent scientist in the study of human anatomy and magic, has explained it as the physical manifestation of the man’s desire to change his surroundings. Scientifically, it is the process of influencing the Uncertainty Principle of Quantum Mechanics to bring about changes into the real world by using one’s bioelectrical activity to affect events happening at the nanoscopic scale. This is an explanation on how "magic" can exist in the real world in terms of applied physics. All this means is someone uses their own internal essence with essences in their surroundings to create magic.

However, unlike most humans, their powers will not work if the user does not believe they will work. That is they might project a fireball hot enough to melt lead, but if they don't believe they can burn a leaf. Their powers won't do any damage to leaves or trees despite being able to melt everything around it. A prominent example of this was in an experiment where an esper was asked to burn a bottle of water. A bottle of oil was placed in front of the esper. Though the esper produced a fire that melted straight through several sheets of steel. The bottle of oil itself remained unharmed because he believed it contained water and knew that water could not burn. Once told of the contents of the bottle, the bottle was incinerated instantly.

It has also been noted that the weaknesses derived from using essences in this manner are similar to blood magic. Extended use of abilities past its user’s limits in increasing severity are nausea, fatigue, memory loss, loss of motor skills, multiple organ failure, and eventually death. However, these symptoms are not by blood loss, but by damage to the cerebral cortex, the cerebellum, and medulla oblongata by prolonged use of their internal essences.

In terms of mortality, espers are far more likely to kill themselves using their powers compared to blood mages as their drawbacks are not as visibly noticeable. It is speculated no more than 50 individuals manipulate essences in this unique manner.

[Power] Godless Creation “The Transient Illusion”
The ability to materialize electricity into solid objects by arranging positive and negatively charged particles into a physical structure. It goes beyond the common conventions of physics in that the user’s essence is used as the focus point of the object, acting like a glue that allows charged particles to bind together. Objects created from this ability are stable and won’t shock the user since all charged particles cancel out.

However, these objects will have the affinity of “light” and “electricity” and “magnetism” and break easily when confronted with powerful versions of those forces. This same affinity also allows the reverse to be true. In that these objects also cancel or distort abilities that use light, electricity, and magnetism. As a light based essence, this ability also allows the user to manipulate the visual appearance of any object they create, making them look identical to the real objects they may imitate.

[Skill] Close Quarter Combat
Brysen is proficient in hand-to-hand combat and submission techniques. His competency is high due to his accumulated experience from the protection services he offers to criminals. While he does not have the level of skill to dodge punches on whim, Brysen has an unusually good depth perception and lateral movement. It is often remarked that trying to hit him is like trying to hit a piece of paper dangling in the air. Swing too wide or too slow and he can avoid you entirely for the next 80 punches.

His preferred fighting style is an unknown open palm martial art of eastern descent. His partner, Judgement, has surmised it is a hybrid of Ba Gua Zhang(Grappling), Silat(Breaking Joints), Duan Quan(Quick Low Close Range Movement), and Hung Ga(Medium Range Combat). Brysen is a cautious and analytical fighter by nature. He tests his opponents, find’s their weaknesses, and disposes of them using minimal energy. His weapon expertise consists of handguns, swords, knives, daggers, and staffs.

Biography
Before the destruction of the Hell’s Gate, Brysen was an orphan at a catholic orphanage in downtown New York. He was a bright and loving sociable young boy who liked playing soccer and basketball. When Hell’s Gate was destroyed, Brysen fled New York with his sister, two of his friends, and his caretaker, a catholic priest. Several weeks later, the group finds themselves in a barren wasteland in Philadelphia.

Despondent, the priest asks the children to pray for salvation, thinking they would all soon be dead. He refuses to let the children leave as night falls and kills Brysen’s friends in a fit of rage as they attempt to leave. Terrified, Brysen continues to pray until his sister collapses from hypothermia. Desperate, he too attempts to leave to find her shelter and is left beaten to a near death state. Remarking that god would soon save him, the priest then leaves Brysen and his sister, and disappears into the night.

Cold, shocked, and dying. Brysen’s final wishes were to have the strength to save his sister. That if god was not willing to give him miracles, that at the very end that he could somehow make miracles of his own. Light coalesces in his small hands, forming a bright tiny sword. It glows with warm light. Brysen coughs blood, but somehow strength finds itself in his legs and he crawls to his sister. The sword becomes a blanket and the two sleep under its warmth for the rest of the night.

In the morning, his sister has disappeared. Footprints leading off to the distance. Brysen tries to follow the tracks, but never finds her. He arrives in Kenan 5 years later. Still looking for any clue that she is still alive. He currently works as an administrative assistant for the district 13 police force and fights crime at night as the masked vigilante “The Laughing Man”. It is not known that Brysen possesses any supernatural abilities since Brysen has never used his ability in front of people. His identity as “The Laughing Man” also remains a mystery to the higher officials of Kenan.
