The Empire of Raacan has suffered several internal disputes causing the Emperor to lose power and now warlords are starting to appear in every province. Some want to the power only for themselvs, others want to return the Emperor his former power, what will you do?
You and other officers of high rank join in the province called Anira, it is rich in natural resources but the population is low so in order to attract people the province it will have to be upgraded: building a market, a smithy or maybe an inn, any kind of facility you think will make the province more popular. Of course you will need materials from other provinces, and that means war.
Pirre is the Most importan city of the province where most of the people lives and the main characters join, there are some small villages around and near the sea
